Important Notes:

• When you use China UnionPay ATMs and POS payment service in Mainland China, your RMB account (if available) will have the first priority to be accessed. Some of the above ATMs and POS payment service may not provide "Account Selection" function. Therefore, if you do not have a RMB account, your HKD primary account will be accessed automatically. Please ensure there is sufficient fund in your relevant account before you depart Hong Kong.



• In Hong Kong and Macau, RMB withdrawal service is available to customers at China Construction Bank (Asia) and China Construction Bank (Macau) ATMs.



• Some banks overseas may charge you ATM handling fee and some ATMs overseas may not accept the Bank's Dual Currency Debit Card. Customers should contact the overseas banks for details.



• Due to the different dispensing limit of ATMs, customers may have to perform more than one transaction in order to obtain the amount of cash required.



• The daily cash withdrawal/fund tansfer limit is a master limit shared between all accounts among all accounts under the same card and is calculated in HKD or its equivalent. The POS payment limit is also shared between payments made through China UnionPay in Mainland China and EPS in Hong Kong.



• ATM Fund Transfer made after 8 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays, on Sundays or legal Bank holidays will be considered as transaction of the next working day.
  


• Instruction of fund transfer via PPS to the Bank from other banks received before 7:30 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays will be completed on the next working day; PPS fund transfer instruction received after 7:30 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, on Saturdays, Sundays or legal Bank holidays will be completed in two working days.
  

• Annual card fee is HKD/ RMB50.
  
  
• The handling fee for each cash withdrawal at JETCO ATMs in Macau is HKD/ RMB25.
  
  
• The handling fee for each cash withdrawal and balance enquiry at China UnionPay ATM is HKD/ RMB15 and HKD/ RMB5 respectively. When using China Construction Bank ATM in Mainland China, the cash withdrawal and balance enquiry handling fee will be waived.
  
  
• No handling fee will be charged by the Bank at local JETCO ATMs, the Bank's ATMs, China Construction Bank ATMs in Mainland China and Bank of America ATMs in the U.S.
  
  
• All other PLUS ATMs -- handling fee of HK$25 for each cash withdrawal and HK$5 for each balance enquiry will be charged by the Bank.
  
  
• PLUS ATM overseas cash withdrawal exchange rate is determined by Visa from a range of wholesale market rates or the government mandated rate, plus 1.9% exchange fee on the withdrawal amount.

• Daily cash withdrawal/ funds transfer limit for Dual Currency Debit Card, Premier Banking Dual Currency Debit Card and Premier Select Dual Currency Debit Card is HKD10,000 or equivalent, HKD20,000 or equivalent and HKD40,000 or equivalent respectively .



• Unlimited transfer of funds between the accounts in a card



• For exchanging HKD to RMB or exchanging RMB to HKD, the daily limit is RMB20,000.



• Bill Payment services limit to HKD Account. Daily limit for JETCO bill payment and tax payment is HKD50,000 and HKD100,000 respectively.



• Daily limit for EPSCO is HK$50,000 per card.
