With your RMB Card, you can:
  • Withdraw cash and check the balance of your Renminbi account anytime at over 50,000 China UnionPay ATMs in the Mainland

  • Withdraw cash and manage your Renminbi and Hong Kong Dollar accounts through China Construction Bank (Asia), China Construction Bank (Asia) (Macau) and JETCO ATMs in Hong Kong and Macau

  • Withdraw cash and enquire account balance from your Hong Kong Dollar accounts at overseas PLUS ATMs.

  • Enjoy convenient and reliable point-of-sale (POS) payment services at over 200,000 China UnionPay participating outlets in Mainland China

  • Make payments with the Easy Pay System (EPS) in Hong Kong


Important Notes:
  • The daily cash withdrawal/funds transfer limit is HKD10,000 equivalent and is a master limit shared between all accounts under the same card.

  • The POS payment limit is HKD50,000 or its equivalent and is also shared between payments made through China UnionPay in Mainland China and EPS in Hong Kong.


  • For exchanging HKD to RMB savings account or exchanging RMB from RMB savings account to HKD, the daily limit is RMB20,000.


  • The China Construction Bank (Asia) Renminbi Card annual fee is HKD50 or equivalent.

  • The handling fee for each cash withdrawal at JETCO ATMs outside Hong Kong is HKD25/RMB25.

  • The handling fee for each cash withdrawal at China UnionPay ATMs (excluding China Construction Bank (Asia) ATMs) is RMB15.

  • No handling fee at China Construction Bank (Asia) ATMs in the U.S.

  • No handling fee at the Alliance bank's ATMs.

  • All other PLUS ATMs -- handling fee of HK$25 for each cash withdrawal and HK$5 for each balance enquiry.

  • PLUS ATM overseas cash withdrawal exchange rate is determined by Visa from a range of wholesale market rates or the government mandated rate, plus 1.75% exchange fee on the withdrawal amount.
