• In Hong Kong, through EPS, you can:

• Pay your utilities and other bills over the phone through PPS or ATMs that provide "JET Payment Service"

• Transfer funds to and from Telebet accounts at EFT terminals at Hong Kong Jockey Club outlets

Total control of your account activities
Receive instant mobile SMS or emial alert through our eAlert service once cahs has been successfully withdrawn by recipients overseas.

You'll receive one consolidated monthly statement that details all account transactions, enabling you to easily keep track of your banking activities. You'll know when the funds have been received and can monitor the balances of both accounts, so as to remit more money if necessary.

What are the fees?

• The annual fee for each China Construction Bank (Asia)Dual Currency Debit Card / ATM Remittance Card is HK$50. The initial set-up fee for the ATM Remittance Service is HK$50.
  
  
• No handling fee will be charged by the Bank at local JETCO ATMs, the Bank's ATMs, China Construction Bank ATMs in Mainland China and Bank of America ATMs in the U.S.
  
  
• All other PLUS ATMs -- handling fee of HK$25 for each cash withdrawal and HK$5 for each balance enquiry will be charged by the Bank.



• PLUS ATM overseas cash withdrawal exchange rate is determined by Visa from a range of wholesale market rates or the government mandated rate, plus 1.9% exchange fee on the withdrawal amount



• Some banks overseas may charge you ATM handling fee and some ATMs overseas may not accept the Bank's Dual Currency Debit Card. Customers should contact the overseas banks for details.

• Daily cash withdrawal/ funds transfer limit for ATM Remittance Card is HKD10,000 or equivalent.



• Unlimited transfer of funds between the accounts in a card



• For exchanging HKD to RMB or exchanging RMB to HKD, the daily limit is RMB20,000.



• Daily limit for JETCO bill payment and tax payment is HKD50,000 and HKD100,000 respectively.



• Daily limit for EPSCO is HK$50,000 per card.



• Some banks overseas may charge you ATM handling fee and some ATMs overseas may not accept the Bank's ATM Remittance Card. Customers should contact the overseas banks for details.
