The promotion period starts from June 14, 2010 to November 31, 2010 (ˇ§Promotion Periodˇ¨). |

Customers who apply and draw designated loan amount successfully from China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the ˇ§Bankˇ¨) during the Promotion Period will be entitled to designated
amount of fuel coupon (ˇ§Couponˇ¨). |

If customers choose to early repay the loan in full during the 1st year counting from the date of loan
drawdown after Coupon collection, customers will have to pay for the normal early repayment handling
fee at HK$1,000 plus the extra Coupon handling fee. The extra Coupon handling fee will be HK$300 for
loan amount at HK$150,000-HK$499,999 and HK$1,000 for loan amount at HK$500,000 or above. |

Each eligible loan customer can enjoy the Coupon once during the Promotion Period. For joint name
account, only the principal borrower/primary account holder can get the Coupon. |

Eligible loan customers will be notified by post on Coupon collection details in September 2010 or
December 2010. At the time of Coupon collection, the related loan account must be still maintained and
does not have any past due record. |

The Coupon is available while stock lasts and will be bounded by the terms and conditions set by the
service/product suppliers. |

The Bank reserves the right to revise or terminate the promotion without prior notice. The Bank as sumes no responsibility for the quality of any service/product provided by any of the suppliers. In case
of disputes, the Bank reserves the right for the final decision.
