China Construction Bank (Asia) is proud to introduce our Flexi Mortgage service. Flexi Mortgage allows you the most flexible payment terms ever. Together with its unique repayment and re-borrow features, you will gain full control on your loan tenor. Imagine the interest savings you can enjoy!

How it works:
  1. You can choose to deposit extra funds on top of your monthly instalment when your finance allows. The extra amount will be for repayment of outstanding mortgage amount.

  2. At times when you need cash, you can re-borrow up to 100% of the extra repayment anytime. There will be no handling fee. Interest rate will be equivalent to your mortgage loan rate.

  3. No penalty for your repayment amount and loan tenor adjustments.
Flexible repayment options:

Two highly beneficial options for your choice:
  1. Bi-weekly payment. You can choose to repay your mortgage once every two weeks. You will enjoy interest savings by shortening the loan tenor.

  2. Graduated payment. You can pre-set an annual increment to your installment payment. The increased repayment amount shortens your loan tenor and ensures interest savings.
Notes:
1. The repayment and redrawal feature is valid for the first 5 years of the loan with minimum extra repayment or redraw amount of HK$50,000. Customers who deposit and redraw more than 12 times a year (each deposit and each redraw will be counted separately) will be charged HK$100 handling fee per subsequent payment or redraw request. The maximum redraw amount is subject to no change in the instalment amount.
2. Customers must have signed the Sales & Purchase Agreement prior to the assessment to enjoy the offer. After application is approved, customers must bring along the preliminary Sales & Purchase Agreement in respect of the property in question, or the existing mortgage loan statement (of which the outstanding loan amount should be below 70% of the property market value) prior to the assessment to enjoy the offer.
