Settle your CCB (Asia) UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card account through any one of the convenient methods below:


By PPS Service

By Autopay

Direct Debit Authorization
  • To settle your HKD card account outstanding from any of your HKD bank account in Hong Kong and / or RMB card account outstanding from your RMB bank account at China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited.

  • You can either define a designated percentage of statement balance, the "Minimum Payment" or the "Full Payment" amount to settle your monthly outstanding balance.

  • Your designated bank account will be debited on the Payment Due Date.

  • The application of the direct debit authorization will be processed within 6 - 8 weeks.

Change of Direct Debit Authorization

  • Any change of the payment instruction can be made at least 5 business days prior to the Payment Due Date.

  • To change payment instruction,
    • Please login to online banking autopay service, or
    • Call 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline at 317 95568

  • Cross check made payable to "China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited"
  • Every single check is for one Credit Card account payment only
  • Please write down your Credit Card account number on the back of the check
  • If more than one Credit Card account is specified on a check, the entire check payment amount will be credited to your HKD card account if it is HKD check or RMB card account if it is RMB check without prior notice. You will be responsible for any late charge and/or finance charge incurred from such event.
