Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Business Card and CCB (Asia) Visa Infinite Credit Card complimentary access to Plaza Premium Lounge (the "Program"):

1. The promotion period of the Program is from 12 September 2022 to 31 August 2023 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. The Program is only applicable to principal and supplementary cardmembers ("Cardmembers" or "you") of CCB (Asia) Business Card and CCB (Asia) Visa Infinite Credit Card ("Eligible Cards") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank" or "we"). Cardmembers can enjoy complimentary access to the selected Plaza Premium Lounge ("Participating Merchant") for a total of 10 times during the Promotion Period (the "Offer"). 3. Each complimentary access means:
   1. 2 or 3 hours lounge usage with all-day food and beverages, internet access, international newspapers / magazines and international TV channels, where the applicable length of lounge usage varies by locations as specified in www.asia.ccb.com/vi/en or www.asia.ccb.com/hk/bizcard/en.
   2. The full list and respective Participating Merchant locations are subject to change without prior notice.

   The lounge facilities provided by the Participating Merchant vary by locations. Cardmember should contact the specific Participating Merchant for details.

4. Cardmembers are required to present both the Eligible Card and a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for same-day or the following day travel at the Plaza Premium Lounges reception counter for eligibility verification purpose.
5. Cardmembers can bring travel companions into the Plaza Premium Lounge and enjoy 20% discount on entrance fee for each guest (except for Beijing & Shanghai). Respective entrance fee and other additional fee incurred during the use of the Plaza Premium Lounge will be charged to your Eligible Card.
6. The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchant. The Bank and the Participating Merchant reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or amend, cancel or terminate the Program at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from the customer in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank and the Participating Merchant shall be final and conclusive. Please check the relevant website for the latest details, service availability and terms and conditions of the Program.
7. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of the services provided by Participating Merchant. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant Participating Merchant and the Cardmember.
8. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
