Terms and Conditions for CCB (Asia) eye+ Credit Card Spend Local Earn Global Program (the “Program”)
- The Program is only applicable to principal cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you” or “your”) of CCB (Asia) eye+ Credit Card, including eye+ Visa Classic Card, eye+ Visa Signature Card and eye+ Visa Infinite Card (“eye+ Credit Card”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” or “we”).

The Promotion Period runs from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027
(both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) and
divided into two phases:
Phase 1 October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 Phase 2 January 1, 2027 to March 31, 2027 - Registration must be successfully made with a valid eye+ Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) at CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App (Login CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking > Tap “Credit Card / Loan” in the bottom bar > Scroll down to “Featured Offers” on Credit Card page > Tap “Rewards Registration” banner, and then tap this program during the registration period as stated in clause 4 below. If you have more than one eye+ Credit Card, you only need to register one of them.
- The registration period of Phase 1 is from Hong Kong Time 10:00 a.m. of October 1, 2026 to 11:59 p.m. of December 31, 2026 and Phase 2 is from 10:00 a.m. of January 1, 2027 to 11:59 p.m. of March 31, 2027 (Phase 2) (“Registration Period”).
- You are required to register once at each phase to enjoy Foreign Currency Rebate (see clause 6 below for the definition) for each phase. The quota for each phase is 4,000 and on a first-come-first-served basis. No registration will be accepted outside the Registration Period. All registration records shall be based on the Bank's system. You will receive a registration reference number upon successful registration. Registration only counts once, and is subject to the customer's earliest registration of the selected foreign currency.

You can enjoy the below Foreign Currency Rebate (“Foreign Currency Rebate”) valued up to HK$800 equivalent (according to the Closing
Exchange Rates on September 1, 2026) upon HK$60,000 Eligible
Retail Spending (see clause 7 below for the definition) made by
Eligible Card within the Promotion Period; Foreign Currency
Rebate amounts will be rounded down to the nearest ten dollars.
Any amount less than ten dollars will be disregarded):
Foreign Currency Rebate AUD 140 CNH 680 USD 100 JPY 16,320 - Eligible Retail Spending include retail transactions made in Hong Kong / overseas and online transactions with original sales slip or official payment record; and shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank according to the merchant codes issued by Visa international.

Foreign Currency Rebate will be credited to your latest
Multi-Currency Savings account, the USD and/or RMB Savings /
Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) recorded
by our Bank according to the table below:
Spending period Transaction post date Rewards post date Phase 1 October 1 to December 31, 2026 On or before January 15, 2027 On or before March 31, 2027 Phase 2 January 1 to March 31, 2027 On or before April 15, 2027 On or before June 30, 2027 - The following spendings will not be qualified as “Eligible Retail Spending” under this Program: transactions made within the Promotion Period but not posted on or before January 15, 2027 (Phase 1) or April 15, 2027 (Phase 2), fund transfers, balance transfers, installment loans, all interest free installment transactions, payment for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, payment made by electronic wallet (including but not limited to AlipayHK, Alipay, WeChat Pay HK, WeChat Pay and PayMe) transactions/ top-up/ fund transfer, autopay transactions, all Octopus reloading (include Octopus reloading via electronic wallet), RentSmart transactions, interest-free advance cash out program, bill payment, wire transfers, betting and gambling transactions, recurring transactions, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, tax payment, fees and charges made or incurred (whether in relation to the Card account(s) or otherwise) and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, such other categories as we may determine at our sole discretion from time to time, or which we otherwise decide are not eligible.
- Spending by supplementary Cardmember(s) of eye+ Credit Card during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal Cardmember(s) of eye+ Credit Card for the purpose of the Program.
- For your Multi-Currency Savings account, the USD and/or RMB Savings / Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) recorded by our Bank in joint names, only the primary account holders will be eligible to receive the Foreign Currency Rebate.
- The status of your Eligible Card and Multi-Currency Savings account, the USD and/or RMB Savings / Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) must remain valid and in good standing (as determined at the Bank’s discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when Foreign Currency Rebate is given. If Foreign Currency Rebate has been credited to Eligible Card account and there is a subsequent reversal of any transaction(s) in respect of which Foreign Currency Rebate was awarded, the Bank reserves the rights to debit the Foreign Currency Rebate that has been credited into Eligible Card account.
- You have to keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, we may ask you to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for inspection and we may keep them.
- We reserve the right to vary the Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Programme, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
- We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Programme, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any Cardmember's participation in the me howsoever suffered or incurred.
- In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
