Faster Payment System Promotion Terms and Conditions (“the Program”):
A. General Terms and Conditions
  1. The program period is from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Program Period”).
  2. The Program is only applicable to customers of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) (the “Eligible Customer”) and not applicable to staff of the Bank and the Bank’s affiliates, and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme customers.
  3. In case of a joint name account, only the primary account holder is entitled to the Program.
  4. The offers under this Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  5. Eligible Customer is also bound by the Terms and Conditions for Bank Services relating to Faster Payment System. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the relevant terms and conditions for the banking products and service, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  6. The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions or modify/ terminate this Program from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  7. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
B. Faster Payment System (“FPS”) Default and Transaction Reward
  1. Eligible Customers must fulfill the requirements as stated below during the Program Period to enjoy the HKD100 cash reward (“FPS Default and Transaction Reward”). Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the FPS and Transaction Reward under the Program once only.
    1. Complete the FPS registration service successfully and set the Bank as the “Default Recipient Bank” under “FPS Setting” through the Bank’s Online Banking or Mobile Banking; and
    2. Successfully complete at least 1 fund transfer of HKD100/RMB100 or above by using mobile number, email address, FPS ID or QR code through the Bank’s Online Banking or Mobile Banking, both receiving or making payment will be counted (“Designated FPS Transaction”). If an Eligible Customer completes a fund transfer to the same account or another account in the same name of the Eligible Customer held under the Bank, such transaction will not be considered as a Designated FPS Transaction; and
    3. Must not hold any FPS default recipient bank record with the Bank as of December 31, 2023; and
    4. Eligible Customers must maintain the setting of the Bank as Default Recipient Bank at the time of receiving the FPS Default and Transaction Reward, which will be forfeited absolutely and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer otherwise.
  2. FPS Default and Transaction Reward will be credited directly to the Eligible Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings / Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) opened most recently according to the time schedule below. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer through any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:

    January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 On or before July 31, 2024
C. Direct Debit Authorisation (“DDA”) and Transaction Reward
  1. Eligible Customer must fulfill the requirements as stated below to enjoy the HKD100 cash reward (“DDA and Transaction Reward”). Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the DDA and Transaction Reward under the Program once only.
    1. Fulfil the requirements as stated in Clause 8 above; and
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank during the Program Period; and
    3. Successfully set up new DDA payment instruction (only applicable to the DDA in HKD) for bill payments from his/ her HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank during the Promotion Period; and
    4. Successfully conduct at least 1 DDA bill payment transaction, including but not limited to payment for utility bills, payment for credit cards or other merchant bills. (“Eligible DDA Transaction”) on or before May 31, 2024.
  2. Transactions of one-time bill, non-merchant bills and/ or individual transfer/ top-up are not regarded as Eligible DDA Transactions.
  3. All Eligible DDA Transaction records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  4. The Eligible Customer’s relevant DDA must remain valid at the time of receiving the DDA and Transaction Reward. Otherwise, the cash reward under the DDA and Transaction Reward will be forfeited absolutely and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer.
  5. The DDA and Transaction Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) opened most recently according to the time schedule below. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer through any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:
