CCB (Asia) eStatement Electronic Registration Form

 
  Save the planet, go paperless! With effect from June 30, 2020, the Paper Statement Fee at equivalent to HKD 10 will be levied per statement in same customer name(s) once per quarter if he/she has not signed up the e-statement service for ALL personal statement deposit accounts and consolidated statement on or before each quarter end (i.e. Mar 31, Jun 30, Sep 30 or Dec 31). Please register eStatement immediately to prevent incurring the paper statement fee.  
  You must have a valid email address with the Bank and an Online Banking/Mobile Banking account to register eStatement. By visiting http://www.asia.ccb.com/hk/estmteform/en1 or scanning the below QR code, you can register your email address, Online Banking/Mobile Banking and eStatement2 for all banking account(s) held in your sole name3 in one stop.  
 
 
  Remarks:
1. Recommended browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11; Firefox 32; Chrome 38
2. The Bank reserves the right of final decision on the actual operation times for eStatement setups. Once your latest eStatement has been issued, you will receive a notification email, prompting you to login into your Online Banking/ Mobile Banking to view your eStatements.
3. Including Cross Border Long Card account.

 
 
Important Notes:
i. Each customer should register once only. If there is more than one registration record, only the latest effective registration record will be considered as valid by the Bank's system.
ii. Customers should make sure they have registered Online Banking/Mobile Banking and a valid email address with the Bank. Otherwise, the eStatement enrollment will not be processed.
iii. For joint account, the customers are required to visit branch to register eStatement.
iv. For Portfolio Statement, if the lead account is a joint account or a passbook account, the customer is required to visit branch for eStatement registration or to change their lead account.

vi. If customers wish to reset their statement delivery options to paper statement, they should login into their Online Banking/Mobile Banking or visit any of the Bank’s branches.
