Program Introduction

We offer internship opportunities in a wide variety of functions for students to have a glance at how a commercial bank is committed to building a better world. We welcome candidates from different fields of study to participate in our internship. Normally, we expect you to spend at least 8 weeks for our full-time internship program in which you will go through:

  • On-the-job training in a specific function within the Bank
  • Foundation training
  • Mentorship program
  • Project presentation
  • Assessment Centre trial session

Outstanding interns may be offered with a conditional offer for the Bank’s Management Trainee Program, Graduate Trainee Program or other permanent position.
