Program Introduction

The CCB (Asia) Management Trainee Program (the “Program”) is a 3-year program which provides passionate graduates with unmatched opportunities to build solid careers. The learning journey includes banking foundation training, professional qualification support, cross-functional rotations and mentorship by senior management.

You will get broad exposure to exciting projects and access to the advance development of the industry. Together, we make you a professional General Banker taking leadership roles with fast track career development.

Skills and Requirements

  • •  Bachelor's degree holder or above with international or local (HKSAR) learning exposure and with at least second upper honours or GPA 3.3 or above (4-point scale) and
  • •  Fresh graduates who graduate (or will graduate) before July 31, 2026 with less than 1 year full-time job experience
  • •  Strong desire for a long term career in banking industry
  • •  Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • •  Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • •  Welcome candidates major in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or STEM and AI related subject.
