Service Benefits

Clear and efficient management
Corporate customers can establish multiple registers under their account upon opening a Current Account. When a payer uses a unique 12-digit register account number as the recipient account or if a customer uses the register account number for payment, the system will make an additional record in the designated register account. Customers can also view the transaction details of payments received in the register account via Online Enterprise Banking to facilitate Enterprise Account collection management.

Supports omnichannel payment collection
One of the few banks in the industry that supports omnichannel payment. This includes safe and reliable intra-bank transfers, FPS deposits, wire transfers, CHATS local remittance, cheque deposits, ATM personal account transfers to Enterprise Accounts and cash deposits at branches.

Provides a multi-currency virtual account platform
The currencies supported by virtual accounts and primary accounts are the same. Primary accounts can be bound to a Multi-Currency Savings Account and can support up to 13 different currencies.

Flexible account handling
Virtual Accounts can generate around 100,000 individual accounts, and supports multi-currency payment collections, enabling instant addition, protection and cancellation of existing accounts via Online Enterprise Banking.
