You can set up a cash withdrawal instruction via CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App (the “App”) and choose either the “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal” or the “UnionPay QRC Withdrawal” for cash withdrawal. Once the withdrawal instruction is submitted through the App, you may go to designated* ATMs and scan the QR code to withdraw cash.

1.What is “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal” Service?

The “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal Service” (“Service”) allows you to set up instructions in the CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App and then scan the on-screen Quick Response (“QR”) code at any JETCO ATM with a “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal” sticker to withdraw cash, without using your physical ATM Card. Please visit the JETCO website for the list of banks that offer this Service.

2.How can I use the “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal Service”?

Step (1): Set up instruction through CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App (the “App”). The detailed steps are as follows:

  1. Open CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App and log on to CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking, then tap “Cardless Withdrawal” icon under the "Home" page, the withdrawal instruction page is shown after pressing the “JETCO Cardless Cash Withdrawal” Service;
  2. Select the withdrawal account and input the withdrawal amount;
  3. After the withdrawal instruction is successfully submitted, tap "Scan QR code";
  4. A SMS with 6 digit OTP code will send to your registered mobile phone number, input the code to proceed;
  5. After successful verification, start the camera function of scanning the QR code on the ATM.

Step (2): Go to any JETCO ATM with the “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal” function to start the cardless withdrawal

  1. Choose “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal”
  2. Using the App to scan the QR code shown on the ATM (The valid time of the QR code displayed is 20 seconds) ;
  3. Choose to print "Customer Advice" or directly select “Take Cash” on the ATM;
  4. Collect the customer advice (if selected) and cash.

3.What is the validity of the withdrawal instruction?

The withdrawal must be made after the instruction is set and staying in the QR Code scanning page till the QR code shown on the ATM is scanned. If you are staying in the QR Code scanning page after a period of inactivity, we will automatically log you out of Mobile Banking and you will need to set a new withdrawal instruction.

4.How do I know which JETCO ATM supports this Service?

Currently, this Service is only available for HKD cash withdrawals at JETCO ATMs with “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal” stickers.

5.Can I make cardless withdrawal outside Hong Kong?

Currently, the Service is available in Hong Kong only.

6.Is there a service charge for withdrawing under this channel?

There is no service charge from JETCO for the Service.

7.Is there any withdrawal limit?

The maximum withdrawal amount per instruction through the CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking is HK$6,000, and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is HK$10,000 per Online/Mobile Banking account.
The minimum cash withdrawal amount is HK$100 and HK$500 when using CCB (Asia) ATMs and other JETCO ATMs respectively.

8.What can I do if no cash is dispensed from the ATM after making cash withdrawal?

If the money has been deducted from your bank account, please contact any of our branches or our Customer Service Hotline at +852 2779 5533.

9.Can I withdraw RMB from my RMB account via “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal”?

No. Currently, this Service supports HKD withdrawal only.

10.Do I need to sign up before using “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal”?

You do not need to sign up to use “JETCO Cardless Withdrawal”. However, you need to have valid HKD Savings , Checking or Multi-Currency Savings Account(s), register for the Online Banking and Mobile Banking Service and download CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App.

11.Can I still use my ATM card for cash withdrawal?

Yes. Your ATM card and PIN can still be used as usual.

1.What is “UnionPay QRC Withdrawal” Service?

The UnionPay QRC Withdrawal Service (“Service”) allows you to set up withdrawal instructions in the CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App (the “App”) and then scan the on-screen Quick Response (“QR”) code to withdraw cash at any ATMs of other UnionPay member banks that support this Service (“UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATMs”) without presenting your physical ATM cards. Please visit the UnionPay International website for the list of banks that offer this Service.

2.How can I use this Service?

Step (1): Set up withdrawal instruction through the App. The detailed steps are as follows:

  1. Open the App and log on to CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking, then tap “Cardless Withdrawal” icon under the "Home" page, the withdrawal instruction page is shown after pressing the “UnionPay QRC Withdrawal” Service;
  2. Select the UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card and input the withdrawal amount;
  3. After the withdrawal instruction is successfully submitted, tap "Scan QR code"; and
  4. Enable the camera function of your device to scan the QR code on the UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM; and

Step (2): Go to an UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM

  1. Choose “UnionPay QRC Withdrawal” on the UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM;
  2. Using the App to scan the QR code shown on the UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM;
  3. Enter ATM Pin in UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM; and
  4. Collect the customer advice (if applicable) and cash.

Additional tips:

  1. The validity period for the QR code on the UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM screens may vary. Please logon and perform the necessary steps on the App first, before proceeding to the UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM and selecting “UnionPay QRC Withdrawal” thereon.
  2. Avoid glares and reflections when scanning the QR code.

3.When will the withdrawal instruction expire?

After the withdrawal instruction is submitted thru the App, customers are advised to stay in the scanning page of the App until the QR code shown on the UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATM is scanned. After a period of inactivity, it is possible that you will be automatically logged out of CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking. If that’s the case, a new withdrawal instruction will be needed.

4.Which type of account can use this Service?

Account that supports this Service is the linked bank account of your UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card. It is defaulted as the first HKD savings/checking account of your UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card. If there is no linked account, the first savings/checking account on your UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card will be debited by default. It is necessary to ensure that the default account has sufficient funds for the withdrawal before executing this Service.

5.How can I start using this Service right away? Do I need to register?

No registration is required. Please ensure you have at least one of the following UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Cards (except UnionPay ATM Remittance Card and Photo Kid Card) to use this Service (not applicable to joint account):

  1. Dual Currency Debit Card
  2. Premier Banking Dual Currency Debit Card
  3. Premier Select Dual Currency Debit Card
  4. CCB Private Banking Dual Currency Debit Card
  5. Premier Select Photo Dual Currency Debit Card
  6. Premier Banking Photo Dual Currency Debit Card
  7. Wise Banking Photo Dual Currency Debit Card

Additionally, please ensure you have

  1. the App installed on your device;
  2. registered for CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking Service; and
    • registered with us a valid mobile phone number; and
    • registered email address.

6.How do I know which ATMs support this Service?

Currently, this Service is only available at UnionPay QRC Withdrawal ATMs. Please visit the UnionPay International website for the list of banks that offer this Service.

7.Can I make cardless withdrawal outside Hong Kong?

Currently, the Service is available in Hong Kong only.

8.Is there a service charge for withdrawing cash under this Service?

Yes, HKD 15 will be charged per transaction for the Service. Please visit the Schedule of Service Fees of General Banking Services for details.

9.Is there any withdrawal limit?

The maximum withdrawal amount per instruction through the App is HK$6,000, and the maximum daily withdrawal/ fund transfer limit for Dual Currency Debit Card, Premier Banking Dual Currency Debit Card and Premier Select Dual Currency Debit Card is respectively HK$20,000 or equivalent, HK$30,000 or equivalent and HK$40,000 or equivalent. 13.Can I still use my UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card for cash withdrawal?

Yes. Your UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card and PIN can still be used as usual.

14.Can I check the withdrawal transaction history?

Yes. You can check the transaction details by clicking “Learn More” under the banner of UnionPay Dual Currency Debit Card in Home Page, then entering “UnionPay QRC Withdrawal Transaction History” to view the records.
