Secured card-binding process
Binding your CCB (Asia) UnionPay Credit Cards on Dragon HKPay limits the risk of leaking your credit card information when binding your cards on 3rd-party platforms, thus making the card-binding process more safe and secure.

Remarks:

UnionPay QR Code payments must be taken place in countries or regions where UnionPay International has permitted such service to be carried out.
Credit card discounts and UnionPay instant discount is offered by UnionPay International and terms and conditions apply.

1.What is Dragon HKPay QR Code Payment?

Dragon HKPay QR Code Payment provides QR Code payment services through Faster Payment System (FPS) and UnionPay. You can make instant payment and settle bills by scanning a Faster Payment System (FPS) QR Code and make global payment through “UnionPay QR Code Payment Service”. You can also enjoy Credit Card discount and UnionPay instant discount.

2.What devices does Dragon HKPay QR Code Payment support?

Dragon HKPay QR Code Payment can be used in CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App. For details, please refer to requirements of Mobile Operating System.

3.Is there any charge for using Dragon HKPay QR Code Payment?

No.

4.What is the transaction limit(s) of Dragon HKPay QR Code Payment？

Subject to the transaction limit(s) imposed or varied by UnionPay International** from time to time, the transaction limits for UnionPay QR Code Payment Service are as below:

Also, according to regulations in China, the transaction limit of “Scan to Pay” taken place in China shall not exceed CNY500; The limit shall not exceed the credit available for the Credit Card.

**The transaction limit(s) imposed by UnionPay International may change from time to time, and a transaction may be rejected by UnionPay International in its sole and absolute discretion. The Bank does not control how UnionPay International determines whether a Merchant or transaction type warrants a particular transaction limit. The Bank cannot control the transaction limit(s) applicable to a transaction effected via the UnionPay QR Code Payment Services.

These transaction limit(s) may be varied by the Bank from time to time without prior notice.

FAQ for Dragon HKPay UnionPay QR Code Payment Service

1.Where can I use Dragon HKPay UnionPay QR Code Payment Service (the “Service”)?

UnionPay QR Code payments are accepted by UnionPay Merchants that support receiving payments through UnionPay QR Code or the UnionPay app.

2.How to use the Service?

CCBA UnionPay credit card holder may log onto his/her Mobile Banking and bind his/her CCBA UnionPay credit card(s) to activate the Service. After activating the Service, customer may tap “Pay to Scan” in his/her Mobile Banking to scan the UnionPay Merchant QR Code; or create a Payment QR Code for UnionPay Merchants to scan.

3.Can I bind more than one CCBA UnionPay credit card?

Yes. You may bind more than one credit cards but only primary card users may use the Service.

4.How can I view the transaction record for transactions made through Dragon HKPay UnionPay QR Code Payment Service?

After logging onto Mobile Banking, you may tap “Dragon HKPay QR Code Payment”, then click “UnionPay Payment Management” to view your transaction information. Transaction information may include Paid Amount, Product Price, Merchant Name, Transaction Time, Transaction Status etc under each of your transactions. You may also view your CCBA UnionPay credit card statement.

5.Can I unbind my CCBA UnionPay credit card?

Yes. You may log onto Mobile Banking and remove your CCBA UnionPay credit card(s) at “UnionPay Payment Management”. If you unbind all of your CCBA UnionPay credit card(s), you will be reminded by the system that you would not be able to use the Service anymore.

6.Would binding or unbinding the CCBA UnionPay credit card via Dragon HKPay UnionPay QR Code Payment Service affect the function of the physical CCBA UnionPay credit card？

No.

7.Can I continue to use Dragon HKPay UnionPay QR Code Payment Service if my CCBA UnionPay Credit Card is expired?

No. If your CCBA UnionPay credit card is expired, you would have to unbind the expired CCBA UnionPay credit card in “UnionPay Payment Management” and bind a new and activated CCBA UnionPay credit card to continue to use the Service.

8.Can I use Dragon HKPay UnionPay QR Code Payment if I have terminated my “Mobile Banking” service?

No. If you wish to use the Service again, you will have to reactivate Mobile Banking and bind your CCBA UnionPay Credit Card again to use the Service.

9.If I have switched my electronic device, do I need to bind my CCBA UnionPay credit card again?

If you have switched your electronic device, you would only need to download CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App again to continue using the Service.
