Terms and Conditions for CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw, Money Safe Cash Reward and ePayment Services Cash Reward (The Promotions)

1. The Promotions are only applicable to personal customers (the “Eligible Customer”), but not applicable to staff of the Bank and the Bank’s affiliates, corporate customers and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme customers of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”).
2. In case of a joint name account, only the primary account holder is entitled to the CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw, Money Safe Cash Reward and ePayment Services Cash Reward.
3. The offers under CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw, Money Safe Cash Reward and ePayment Services Cash Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
4. Eligible Customers are also bound by the “Terms and Conditions for Bank Services relating to “Faster Payment System” and “Important Notes & Terms and Conditions for Money Safe”. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the relevant terms and conditions for the banking products and service, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
5. The Bank reserves the right to vary, suspend and terminate the Promotion and to vary or modify any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
6. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

7. CNY eLaisee Lucky Draw promotion period is from February 17, 2026 to March 3, 2026, both dates inclusive (“eLaisee Promotion Period”).
8. The “Eligible eLaisee Transaction” is defined as a successful fund transfer-out transaction of HKD/ RMB20 or above made through Mobile Banking “Give Laisee” function by using mobile number or email address. While transactions including bill payments, personal-to-merchant payments, fund transfer-in transactions and fund transfers to the same account or other accounts under the same name of the customers with the Bank or other banks, will not be considered as Eligible eLaisee Transactions. If an Eligible Customer successfully transfers Eligible eLaisee Transactions to the same Proxy ID more than three times during the Promotion Period, the number of transactions counted in such cases would be capped at the maximum of three Eligible eLaisee Transactions.
9. Eligible Customer must fulfill the following requirements during the eLaisee Promotion Period in order to be entitled to the related Lucky Draw chance:

   Must not have FPS default recipient bank record with the Bank as of February 16, 2026; and Complete FPS registration service for HKD or RMB account(s) successfully and set the Bank as the “Default Recipient Bank” through Mobile Banking/ Online Banking; and Must maintain the setting of the Bank as default recipient bank (HKD or RMB account(s)) at the time of performing the Lucky Draw.    Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to a maximum of 30 Lucky Draw chances during the eLaisee Promotion Period and got the CNY Reward once in this Promotion. Details are as follows:

10. The top 10 customers who use the “Give Laisee” function through the Mobile Banking to send eLaisee and accumulate the highest number of Eligible eLaisee Transactions (as defined in clause 8 and 9 above) will be entitled to receive a Golden Horse Ornament (A total of 10 winners).
11. Winners will be drawn randomly by the Bank’s computer system on or before April 30, 2026. Lucky Draw results will be published on the Bank’s website www.asia.ccb.com on or before May 30, 2026. Customers do not have any right to dispute the Lucky Draw results.
12. The CNY Reward will be credited directly to the winner’s Packaged Banking Settlement Account or the HKD Savings / Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) with the latest account opening date maintained with the Bank on or before May 30, 2026. The winner must be the primary account holder and such account must be valid at the time of crediting the CNY elaisee Lucky Draw reward. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the winners by any other means.

13. Money Safe Cash Reward promotion period is from February 17, 2026 to March 31, 2026, both dates inclusive. (“Money Safe Cash Reward Promotion Period”)
14. Eligible Customer must fulfill the requirements as stated the clause 14(a) to 14(f) during the Money Safe Cash Reward Promotion Period to enjoy HKD 30 cash reward (“Money Safe Cash Reward”). Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the Money Safe Cash Reward under the Money Safe Cash Reward Promotion once only.
    1. Applicable to customers who do not have Money Safe setup record as of February 16, 2026; and
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank; and
    3. Set up Money Safe successfully for eligible banking account(s) through Mobile Banking/ Online Banking/ Branch; and
    4. Money Safe is applicable to savings accounts, checking accounts and time deposit accounts in HKD and other currencies provided by the Bank; and
    5. The minimum of Money Safe Amount is HKD 10,000 or equivalent; and
    6. Eligible Customer must maintain the Money Safe setup at the time of receiving the Money Safe Cash Reward. Otherwise, the cash reward will be forfeited absolutely and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer.
15. The first 5,000 Eligible Customers can enjoy the Money Safe Cash Reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
16. All Eligible Money Safe setup records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
17. The Money Safe Cash Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) with the latest account opening date maintained with the Bank according to the time schedule below. The Eligible Customer must be the primary account holder and such account must be valid at the time of crediting the cash reward. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer by any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:

18. Eligible Customer must fulfill the requirements as stated the clause 18(a) to 18(c) during the ePayment Services Promotion Period to enjoy HKD50 cash reward (“Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward”). Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward under the ePayment Services Promotion once only.
    1. Only applicable to customers who do not conduct Online Bill Payment Transactions through the Mobile Banking / Online Banking/ ATM with his/ her banking account from February 17, 2025 to February 16, 2026, both dates are inclusive; and
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank; and
    3. Conduct at least two successful Online Bill Payment Transactions of HKD500 or above with different merchants (only applicable to HKD bill payment) through the Mobile Banking/ Online Banking/ ATM, by using the HKD Savings or Checking account (“Eligible Online Bill Payment Transaction”).
19. The first 500 Eligible Customers can enjoy the Online Bill Payment Transaction Reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
20. Payment for credit cards or transactions of non-merchant bills and/ or individual transfer are not regarded as Eligible Online Bill Payment Transactions.
21. All Eligible Online Bill Payment Transaction records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
22. The Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) with the latest account opening date maintained with the Bank according to the time schedule below. The Eligible Customer must be the primary account holder and such account must be valid at the time of crediting the cash reward. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer by any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:

23. Eligible Customer must fulfill the requirements as stated the clause 23(a) to 23(d) during the ePayment Services Promotion Period to enjoy the HKD100 cash reward (“eDDA and Transaction Reward”). Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to the transaction rewards of eDDA under the ePayment Services Promotion once only.
    1. Applicable to the corresponding merchants that do not have Direct-Debit Authorization set up record as of February 16, 2026; and
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank; and
    3. Successfully setup new eDDA with at least two different merchants (only applicable to HKD payment instruction), by using customer’s HKD Savings or Checking account through the Mobile Banking/ Online Banking; and successfully conduct at least two eDDA bill payment transactions of HKD500 or above with different merchants (“Eligible eDDA Transaction”), including but not limited to payment for utility bills or other merchant; and
    4. The Eligible Customer’s relevant eDDA must remain valid at the time of receiving the eDDA and Transaction Reward. Otherwise, the cash reward under the eDDA and Transactions Reward will be forfeited absolutely and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer.
24. The first 500 Eligible Customers can enjoy the eDDA and Transaction Reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
25. Payment for credit card or transactions of one-time bill, non-merchant bills and/ or individual transfer/ top-up are not regarded as Eligible eDDA Transactions.
26. All Eligible eDDA transaction records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
27. The eDDA and Transactions Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) opened most recently according to the time schedule below. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer by any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:
