  • Reward 3 has 1,500 quotas. Reward is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. Reward is applicable to customers who do not have FPS default recipient bank record with the Bank as of June 14, 2026.
  • Receiving or making payments by using FPS will also be counted. If customers transfer RMB to the Mainland designated bank account through the real-time currency exchange function of FPS, the eligible amount will be calculated based on the final transferred RMB amount.

Terms and Conditions for ePayment Services Promotion (“The Promotion”)
A. General Terms and Conditions
  1. The Promotion period is from June 15, 2026 to September 30, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only applicable to personal customers of Personal Banking, Private Wealth and Private Banking of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”); but not applicable to staff of the Bank and the Bank’s affiliates, corporate customers, Commercial Banking customers and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme customers.
  3. In case of a joint name account, only the primary account holder is entitled to the offers.
  4. The offers under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  5. Eligible Customer is also bound by the Terms and Conditions for Bank Services relating to Faster Payment System. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the relevant terms and conditions for the banking products and service, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  6. The Bank reserves the right to vary, suspend and terminate the Promotion and to vary or modify any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  7. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
B. Reward 1 - Online Bill Payment Transaction Reward
  1. “Eligible Reward 1 Customers” must fulfill the requirements as stated the clause B1(a) to B1(c) during the Promotion Period to enjoy a HKD100 cash reward (“Online Bill Payment Transaction Reward”). Each Eligible Reward 1 Customer will be entitled to the Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward under the Promotion once only.
    1. Only applicable to customers who do not conduct Online Bill Payment transactions via the Bank’s Online Banking/ Mobile Banking/ ATM with his/ her banking account from June 15, 2025 to June 14, 2026, both dates are inclusive; AND
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank; AND
    3. Conduct at least two successful online bill payment transactions of HKD300 or above with different merchants (only applicable to HKD bill payment) via the Bank’s Online Banking/ Mobile Banking/ ATM, by using the HKD Savings or Checking account (“Designated Online Bill Payment Transaction”).
  2. The first 500 Eligible Reward 1 Customers can enjoy the Online Bill Payment Transaction Reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
  3. Payment for credit cards or transactions of non-merchant bills and/ or individual transfer/ top-up are not regarded as Designated Online Bill Payment Transactions.
  4. All eligible Online Bill Payment transaction records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  5. The Online Bill Payment Transactions Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Reward 1 Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) opened most recently according to the time schedule below. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to Eligible Reward 1 Customers by any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:

C. Reward 2 - Electronic Direct Debit Authorization (“eDDA”) and Transaction Reward
  1. “Eligible Reward 2 Customers” must fulfill the requirements as stated the clause C1(a) to C1(d) during the Promotion Period to enjoy a HKD100 cash reward (“eDDA and Transaction Reward”). Each Eligible Reward 2 Customer will be entitled to the transaction rewards of eDDA under the Promotion once only.
    1. Applicable to the corresponding merchant that do not have Direct-Debit Authorization set up record as of June 14, 2026; AND
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank; AND
    3. Successfully set up new eDDA with at least one merchant (only applicable to HKD payment instruction), by using customer’s HKD Savings or Checking account via the Bank’s Online Banking/ Mobile Banking; and successfully conduct at least one eDDA bill payment transactions of HKD300 or above with the merchant (“Designated eDDA Transaction”), including but not limited to payment for utility bills or other merchant bills; AND
    4. The relevant eDDA must remain valid at the time of receiving the eDDA and Transaction Reward. Otherwise, the cash reward under the eDDA and Transactions Reward will be forfeited absolutely and will not be provided to the Eligible Reward 2 Customers.
  2. The first 500 Eligible Reward 2 Customers can enjoy the eDDA and Transaction Reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
  3. Payment for credit card or transactions of one-time bill, non-merchant bills and/ or individual transfer/ top-up are not regarded as Designated eDDA Transactions.
  4. All eligible eDDA transaction records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  5. The eDDA and Transactions Reward will be credited directly to Eligible Reward 2 Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings/ Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) opened most recently according to the time schedule below. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to Eligible Reward 2 Customers by any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:
    Date of completing eDDA and Transaction Date of Crediting Reward
    June 15, 2026 to September 30, 2026 On or before December 31, 2026
D. Reward 3 - Faster Payment System (“FPS”) Default and Transaction Reward
  1. “Eligible Reward 3 Customers” must fulfill the requirements as stated from the clause D1(a) to D1(e) during the Promotion Period to enjoy a HKD100 cash reward (“FPS Default and Transaction Reward”). Each Eligible Reward 3 Customer will be entitled to the FPS Default and Transaction Reward under the Promotion once only.
    1. Only applicable to customers who do not have FPS default recipient bank record with the Bank as of June 14, 2026; AND
    2. Open/ maintain a valid HKD Savings or Checking account with the Bank; AND
    3. Complete FPS registration service for HKD and RMB accounts successfully and set the Bank as the “Default Recipient Bank” (HKD and RMB accounts) by using a mobile number or email address (HKID number is not applicable for this reward) through the Bank’s Online Banking/ Mobile Banking; AND
    4. Conduct at least one successful fund transfer of HKD/RMB1,000 or above by using mobile number, email address, FPS ID or QR code through the Bank’s Online Banking/ Mobile Banking (if customers transfer RMB to the Mainland designated bank account through the real-time currency exchange function of FPS, the eligible amount will be calculated based on the final transferred RMB amount), both receiving or making payment by using FPS will be counted (“Designated FPS Transaction”). If an Eligible Customer completes a fund transfer to the same account or another account in the same name of the Eligible Customer held under the Bank, such transaction will not be considered as Designated FPS Transaction; AND
    5. Must maintain the setting of the Bank as FPS default recipient bank (HKD and RMB accounts) at the time of receiving the FPS Default and Transaction Reward. Otherwise, the cash reward will be forfeited absolutely and will not be provided to the Eligible Reward 3 Customers.
  2. The first 1,500 Eligible Reward 3 Customers can enjoy the FPS Default and Transaction Reward. The offer is limited by quota and is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
  3. All eligible FPS transaction records are determined according to the Bank’s record. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  4. The FPS Default and Transaction Reward will be credited directly to the Eligible Reward 3 Customers’ valid settlement account for Packaged Banking or HKD Savings /Checking account (excluding “Step Up Savings Account”) opened most recently according to the time schedule below. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to Eligible Reward 3 Customers through any other means. Below is the reward fulfillment time schedule:

Currency exchange rates are affected by a wide range of factors, including national and international financial and economic conditions and political and natural events. The effect of normal market force may at times be countered by intervention by central banks and other bodies. At times, exchange rates, and price linked to such rates, may rise or fall rapidly. The fluctuations in the exchange rate of a foreign currency may result in losses in the event that you convert HKD to any foreign currency or vice versa.

RMB Currency Risk
RMB is currently not freely convertible and is subject to exchange controls and restrictions (which are subject to changes from time to time without notice). You should consider and understand the possible impact on your liquidity of RMB funds in advance. The fluctuation in the exchange rate of RMB may result in losses in the event that you convert RMB into other currencies. Onshore RMB and offshore RMB are traded in different and separate markets operating under different regulations and independent liquidity pool with different exchange rates. Their exchange rate movements may deviate significantly from each other.
