Terms and Conditions of Pre-order foreign currency banknote service:
|1.||Banknotes reservation service is only applicable to China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“the Bank”) customers with valid China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited account and the account holders are only allowed to withdraw foreign currency banknotes from their foreign currency accounts.|
|2.||Please refer to General Banking Services Fee Schedule in the Bank’s website for information about the relevant charges (if applicable).|
|3.||The collection day will be the following 1-3 business days, if the designated branch has sufficient foreign currency deposit. The collection day will be the following 2-4 business days, if the designated branch doesn’t has sufficient foreign currency deposit.|
|4.||The Bank will cancel the application if the reserved foreign currency banknotes have not been collected by the customer at the designated time upon successful application. Should the customer need to make reservations of foreign currency banknotes, please submit the application again.|
|5.||The foreign banknotes reservation service does not guarantee the withdrawal on the selected date, which is subject to the banknote availability of the designated branch and/or the sole and final decision of the Bank.|
|6.||Customers can only submit one reservation application per day, and only the last application submitted will be taken should multiple applications be placed on the same day.|
|7.||Customers who have successfully reserved the foreign currency banknotes must collect the full amount of the reserved banknotes. Otherwise, the Bank has the right to cancel the relevant transaction.|
|8.||The daily cut-off time of the reservation application is 2:00 p.m. Any application submitted after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.|
|9.||Instructions will be postponed to the next business day on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Signal is issued, and when branches cannot operate normally.|
