Terms and Conditions for Octopus Auto Living UnionPay Diamond Credit Card “HKeToll” Cash Rebate Program ("Program"):

1. THE PROGRAM - The Program is only applicable to cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you” or “your”) for a principal card of Octopus Auto Living UnionPay Diamond Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The promotion period of the Program is from January 2, 2024 to June 30, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). There are 6 phases of Promotion Period, please see details as below:

   Phase 1	January 2, 2024 to January 31, 2024
   Phase 2	February 1, 2024 to February 29, 2024
   Phase 3	March 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024
   Phase 4	April 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024
   Phase 5	May 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024
   Phase 6	June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024

2. PROGRAM REQUIREMENT - To be eligible for the Program, in each phase, you must be the first 100 Cardmembers who have successfully registered during the registration period specified in clause 3 below. Within the Promotion Period, each Cardmember can participate the Program six times. Cardmember shall register once in each phase. Upon achieving the conditions as specified in clause 4 below during the Promotion Period, you will be entitled to cash rebate (“Rewards”).
3. REGISTRATION - Registration must be made during the registration period on our website at www.asia.ccb.com/hk/auto/reg/hketoll/en. You will be given a registration reference number upon successful registration. Registration must be made during 10a.m. on first date to 11:59p.m. on last date of each phase within the Promotion Period. The registration is on a first-come-first served basis. No registration will be accepted outside these periods. Time shall in Hong Kong time in accordance with our system record.
4. REWARDS - During the Promotion Period, Cardmember(s)
   1. can enjoy a maximum of HKD30 cash rebate per phase (from first day to the last day of each phase), Cardmembers are required to:
      1. sign up a HKeToll account via mobile application or via the HKeToll website (apply for the first-time registration only);
      2. set up a Designated Stored Value Account with an Eligible Card in the auto payment page (apply for the first-time registration only); and
      3. top-up HKD300 or above for the first-time with the registered Eligible Card.
   2. can enjoy a maximum of HKD10 cash rebate for every subsequent top up of HKD300 or above in each phase.
5. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS – Top up service transactions settled by the Eligible Card during Promotion Period, both dates inclusive (based on transaction date). The time of completing the Eligible Transactions and the value thereof as recorded in the transaction data received by the Bank shall be final and conclusive for the purpose of the Program.
6. REWARDS FULFILLMENT – Cardmember can participate Octopus Auto Living UnionPay Diamond Credit Card Parking Cash Rebate Program (“Parking Cash Rebate Program”) in conjunction with this Program. In the sense that the Rewards fulfillment of Parking Cash Rebate Program will be arranged together with this Program. If a Cardmember has participated this Program and Parking Cash Rebate Program, for each Cardmember, the maximum cash rebate will be awarded per month is HKD100 (from the first day to the last day of every month). The monthly rebate amount will be calculated for the Parking Cash Rebate Program first and then for this Program. Transaction Data relating to the rebate amount will only be processed by the Bank strictly for the fulfilment purpose of the Program and not for any other purpose.
7. SUPPLEMENTARY CARDS - Spending by supplementary Cardmember(s) of the Eligible Card during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal Cardmember of the Card for the purpose of the Program.
8. ELIGIBILITY - Your eligibility for the Program is subject to our checking on your Eligible Card account status and your Card account should remain valid and in good standing (as determined at our discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the cash rebate is given.
9. REWARD NOTICE - The cash rebate will be credited to the Cardmember’s respective credit card accounts within 6 months after the transaction date and shown on the monthly statement. Cash rebate can only be applied against the outstanding in Card account statement and cannot be converted into cash, and/ or withdrawn as cash advance nor transferrable. Where Rewards have been credited to a Card account and there is a subsequent reversal of any transaction(s) in respect of which the Reward was awarded, the Bank reserves the rights to debit the Rewards that have been credited into the Card account without notification.
10. OUR RECORD PREVAILS - Our records of your Rewards earned under the Program and all our decisions regarding cash rebate shall be final and binding upon you.
11. RIGHT TO VARY, ETC. - We reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
12. FINAL DECISION - We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any Cardmember's participation in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred.
13. ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS - In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
