Terms and Conditions for New “WISE BANKING” or General Personal Banking Customer Credit Card Application Offer Promotion (“Program”)
- The promotion period of the Program is from April 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is only applicable to new “WISE BANKING” customers or general personal banking customers (non Packaged Banking customers who solely use basic banking services including checking /savings account(s)) of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”) within the Promotion Period, and have not maintained any accounts in sole name or joint name or used any banking products or services (excluding Wealth Management Connect “Southbound Scheme” account) of the Bank in the past 12 months before the date of joining this Program ("Eligible Customers"). The Program is not applicable to Private Banking customers, Commercial Banking customers, corporate customers and Capital Investment Entrant Scheme customers, “PREMIER BANKING” and “PRIVATE WEALTH” of the Bank. The Program is not applicable to the staff of the Bank and the staff of the subsidiary companies of China Construction Bank. For joint accounts, only the primary account holders will be entitled to the Offer and qualified as Eligible Customers. The Bank reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the customers for this Program.
- Eligible Customers who at any time in the 12 months ending on the date of card application did not hold any principal credit card issued by the Bank and fulfilled the following requirements, principal credit card applicants (“Cardmember(s)”, “You” or “Your”) can enjoy HKD200 credit card cash rebate(“Gift”):
- who become new “WISE BANKING” or general personal banking customer of the Bank, and successfully open the following Designated Account(s), including Multi-Currency Statement Savings Account, and/or HKD Statement Savings Account; AND
- successfully apply eye Credit Card, CCB (Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard or CCB (Asia) UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card (“Designated Credit Card”) principal card; AND
- activate that Designated Credit Card on or before July 31, 2026 successfully.
- Under this program, each Cardmember shall only entitle for the Gift once, ie. Each Cardmember shall only entitle maximum HKD200 credit card cash rebate. If an Eligible Cardmember has more than one CCB (Asia) Credit Card principal cards, the Gift will be credited to one of the credit card accounts. Except eye Credit Card Welcome Gift, CCB (Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard Welcome Gift and CCB (Asia) UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card Welcome Gift and unless otherwise specified, the Program cannot be entitled in conjunction with other promotion program or offer of the Bank and credit card application extra offer via designated website’s link.
- Cash Rebate will be automatically credited to Cardmembers’ Card account on or before August 31, 2026 and shown in the monthly statement. Cash Rebate can only be applied against outstanding in Card account statement. Cash Rebate cannot be converted into cash, and/ or withdrawn as cash and is not transferable.
- Your eligibility for the Gift shall be subject to our final decision (at our discretion), for which we are not obliged to provide any reason.
- If there is fraud and / or abuse in relation to your participation in this Program or you cancel your Card within 12 months from the date of Card issuance, we may charge you an administration fee of an amount equivalent to the cost of the Gift given to you from your Card account or any account with the Bank without prior notice. Your Card account has to remain valid and in good standing at the time of fulfillment in order for you to be eligible for the Gift.
- Our records of your Gift earned under the Program shall (unless there is an obvious error) be final and binding upon you.
- We may terminate or withdraw the Program at any time without notice and have the final decision (at our discretion) in all matters and disputes in relation to the Program. We may vary any relevant details and these Terms and Conditions. We shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability in relation to use of the Program howsoever suffered or incurred by any Cardmember or other person.
- Eligible Customers are also bound by the terms and conditions for the relevant banking products and services. Please refer to the relevant promotional materials, visit the official website of the Bank or contact our staff for details.
- In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
