To protect the environment and go green, we sincerely invite you to enroll the eStatement service.

If you already have the Online Personal Banking, you can now simply enroll eStatement service online. The procedures are as follows:

Change the Current Statement Delivery Option of Credit Cards

For the Terms and Conditions for eStatement Service for Credit Card(s) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited, please visit www.asia.ccb.com/e-stat/en. Please note the Credit Card paper statement fee is HKD15 per customer per quarter.

If you have not applied the Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services yet, you can now register at the Bank’s website anytime.

2.	e-Banking ▶ e-Banking Registration ▶ Register for Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services
3.	Register Now ▶ Input Identity Details ▶ One-Time Password Verification ▶ Completed

If you want to update your email address / customer information, please download the relevant application form in the Bank’s website, and return the completed form to China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited at G.P.O. Box 133 Hong Kong or any of the Bank’s branches.
