Terms and Conditions for Octopus eat+ UnionPay Credit Card 15% off Bonus Points KORURU Gift Redemption:

  1. PROGRAM - Only applicable for Octopus eat+ UnionPay Credit Card ("Eligible Card") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our") and is applicable to principal cardmembers of the Cards.
  2. PROMOTION PERIOD, EXCLUSIVE PRIVILEGE - Promotion period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive). Eligible Cardmembers can redeem selected KORURU items with 15% off the CCB (Asia) Bonus points via Online Banking / Mobile Banking on eat+ Thankful Day (as stated in clause 3) every month during the promotion period. No limit for the redemption.
  3. eat+ THANKFUL DAY - eat+ Thankful Day ("Thankful Day") means designated times of each month during the Promotion Period. Details as below:

  4. DISCLAIMER - The validity and use of any Exclusive Privilege under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier. We shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/ service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint and/ or dispute must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her payment or other obligation to us.
  5. RIGHT TO VARY, ETC. - We reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  6. FINAL DECISION - We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  7. ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS - Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
