Terms and Conditions of “Home+ Credit Card 5% Cash Rebate Program"(“ Home+ Credit Card 5% Cash Rebate Program”):

  1. THE PROGRAM - This Program is only available for principal cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you”) of Home+ Credit Cards (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The promotion period of the Program is every Wednesdays("Promotion Calendar Day") of every month ("Promotion Calendar Month") during April 8, 2020 to June 17, 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. CASH REBATE - One-off Retail Transactions made at HKBN (including its shops, HKBN Home+ shops and myHKBNmall), Hung Fook Tong (including its shops and online shop(online.hungfooktong.com)) and big big shop (including online shop(bigbigshop.com) and mobile App) during the Promotion Period with Eligible Cards (“Eligible Transaction”) will receive 5% Cash Rebate (“Cash Rebate”). Each Eligible Transaction will be counted base on the transaction date. Each Cardmember can get a maximum of HKD500 cash rebate per Promotion Calendar Day.
  3. EXCLUDED TRANSACTIONS - Cash Rebate Program is only applicable to Eligible Transaction made at HKBN for purchasing physical product (including its shops, HKBN Home+ shops and myHKBNmall. Any broadband service, mobile service plans and other service plans are excluded), Hung Fook Tong (including its shops and online shop(online.hungfooktong.com)) and big big shop (including its online shop(bigbigshop.com) and mobile App). Transactions not posted within 10 days after the Promotion Calendar Month, cancelled or refunded transactions, Interest-free Installment Plan and transactions that are found fraudulent will be counted as ineligible transactions. For any cancelled/refunded transactions, the Bank has the right to and will be entitled to debit or charge back any cash rebate amount so granted to the Cardmember from the relevant Card account(s) without prior notice.
  4. RESTRICTION - Transactions made by the same Eligible Cardmember cannot be transferred.
  5. SUPPLEMENTARY CARD - All the eligible transactions made by supplementary Cardmember will be counted into the principal card. If the eligible transactions are entitled to cash rebate, the cash rebate will be credited to the corresponding principal Cardmember’s account.
  6. ACCOUNT STATUS - Eligible Cardmember’s eligibility for the Cash Rebate Program is subject to the Bank checking on his/her Card account status and the Card account(s) should be valid and in good standing (as determined at the Bank discretion) throughout the promotion period and at the time when the cash rebate is given. The cash rebate will be credited to the Cardmember’s Eligible Card account within 3 months after every Promotion Calendar Month and shown on the monthly statement. Cash rebate can only be applied against the outstanding in Card account statement and cannot be redeemed/withdrawn in cash nor transferrable.
  7. SALES SLIPS - The Eligible Cardmember must keep all original sales slips. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request the Eligible Cardmember to submit the relevant original sales slip(s), further document(s) and evidence for inspection at any time. All sales slip(s), further document(s) and evidence submitted will not be returned.
  8. DISCLAIMER - The validity and use of any service under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions, terms and conditions set by the supplier. We shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her payment or other obligations to us.
  9. RIGHT TO VARY, ETC. - We and the Merchant reserve the right to vary the Program and /or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time.
  10. FINAL DECISION - We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any Cardmember’s participation in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred.
  11. ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL - In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
