Notes for CCB (Asia) Pet Living Virtual Credit Card

  1. CCB (Asia) Pet Living Virtual Credit Card (“Virtual Card”) is bounded by Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card Cardmember Agreement.
  2. The processing time of each application and approval may vary, China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) reserves the right to request applicants to submit supporting documents for Virtual Card approval.
  3. Cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”) will receive SMS notification with Virtual Card approval status from the Bank. Cardmembers can login designated page of CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App to check Virtual Card details and use the Virtual Card in designated digital wallets and conduct online transaction upon approval of the Virtual Card; If Cardmember is a new customer, please activate your online banking service in the login page first.
  4. Virtual Card supports designated digital wallets and online transaction, the use of digital wallets is bounded by Terms of Use of CCB (Asia) Credit Card in Digital Wallet.
  5. Cardmembers can check Virtual Card transaction details in online banking or monthly statement.
  6. Supplementary card & ATM cash advance are not applicable to Virtual Card.
  7. Cardmembers can call our 24-hour Lost / Stolen Credit Card Hotline: +852 3179 5505 for lost card report.
  8. Please note and read carefully “Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance”.
  9. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
