Terms and Conditions of Hong Kong Best Mart 360° & FoodVille Offer (“Promotion”):
  1. Promotion Period is from June 5, 2026 to August 4 , 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” and “our”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy HK$25 instant discount upon single net spending of HK$250 (the “Offer”) (“Eligible Transaction”) upon settling full payment with an Eligible Card at the physical outlets of Hong Kong Best Mart 360° & FoodVille (“Merchant”).
  4. There are 8,000 quotas for Offer and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quotas last. Quota is calculated in accordance with the Merchant’s record.
  5. Cardmembers must indicate to the staff of Hong Kong Best Mart 360° and/or FoodVille at the check-out counter of their intention to enjoy Offer.
  6. Each Eligible Transaction can enjoy Offer only once.
  7. The following types of transactions shall not fall under the scope of Eligible Transaction：
    • Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund;
    • transactions made via any third party or e-Wallet payment methods (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay CN, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Payme etc.);
    • all unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorised transactions;
    • any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  8. The Offer is only applicable to the outlets operated by the Merchant in Hong Kong.
  9. The Offer can be used in conjunction with the Membership Card, Bounce-back Coupon and HKRMA offer (only available between July 1 to July 31, 2026) issued by Hong Kong Best Mart 360° and FoodVille.
  10. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services, or discounts, and is not transferable.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, cash vouchers or gift certificate (if applicable).
  12. The Offer is only applicable to the Cardmembers whose eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the Bank and the Merchant during the Promotion Period. Any cancelled, refunded, falsified and unposted transactions are not counted as eligible transactions. In case of such transactions, the Offer will be cancelled together with those transactions. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by the Bank and the Merchant at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. The Bank and/or the Merchant reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately by a customer directly from any of the relevant Cardmember’s Eligible Card without prior notice.
  13. The Bank and/or the Merchant shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  14. By participating in this promotion, the Cardmember acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Offer is subject to availability. All pictures and information are for reference only, please contact the Merchant for details.
  16. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  17. The products/services are provided by the Merchant, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offer under the Promotion shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the Merchant.
  18. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant Merchant and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  19. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to vary the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Promotion, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  20. The Bank and the Merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Promotion
  21. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
