Terms and Conditions for Booking.com Hotel Bookings Offer (“Offer”):
  1. Offer is only applicable to CCB (Asia) Mastercard or Visa Credit Card (except Business Card). CCB (Asia) Mastercard Credit Cardmembers can enjoy up to 10% Cashback on hotel bookings via designated Booking.com website (https://sp.booking.com/index.html?aid=1977325) during the Promotion Period. CCB (Asia) Visa Credit Cardmembers can enjoy up to 10% Cashback on hotel bookings via designated Booking.com website (https://www.booking.com/index.html?aid=2113191) during the Promotion Period.
  2. Promotion Period is valid from now until December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  3. Bookings must be made via designated website with the following steps:
    1. Sign up or log in to a registered Booking.com account.
    2. Choose the preferred accommodation, travel dates and room type to see the rate and estimated cash back value.
    3. Use an eligible Mastercard or Visa Credit Card to complete the booking.
  4. Bookings made through the Booking.com app are not eligible for this promotion.
  5. Cancelled and “no show” bookings are not eligible.
  6. The reward will be credited to the credit card used for hotel booking automatically by Booking.com at least 67 days to Mastercard Credit Cardmembers or at least 64 days to Visa Credit Cardmembers after completion of stay in the accommodation. Cardmembers may check the “Rewards & Wallet” page for the status of the cashback; it can be accessed by clicking on “Profile” “Rewards & Wallet”.
  7. Accommodations that do not accept card payments are not eligible for the offer. These are accommodations that only accept cash as a mode of payment and do not have a “cashback” badge displayed on their listing.
  8. All conditions of the promotion must be met at the time the booking is made. No retroactive claims will be allowed.

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
  1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Principal Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
  2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  5. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  6. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
