Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card Exclusive Redemption: Metro Anniversary 35 “Spectrum of Self” Concert Ticket Packages:
  1. The redemption period for “CCB (Asia) Credit Card Exclusive Redemption: Metro Anniversary 35 “Spectrum of Self” (the “Show”) Ticket Packages is from August 4, 2026 12:00 noon to August 5, 2026 8:00 p.m. (the “Redemption Period”).
  2. Unless otherwise specified, exclusive redemption is only applicable to the CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (the "Eligible Credit Card") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our").
  3. During the Redemption Period, a customer using an Eligible Credit Card (the “Customer”) can enjoy the exclusive redemption of the following ticket packages via the TixMart website at ccba.prioritybooking.com.hk (the “TixMart”). The redemption shall be deemed valid only upon the customers have successfully completed the ticket payment (“Eligible Redemption”).

  4. The Ticket Package Price, Customer Service Fee and Delivery Fee as specified under Clause 3 (the “Fee”) will be debited instantly from the Eligible Credit Card. If the Fees cannot be debited successfully, the redemption will be cancelled automatically.
  5. The Bank will deduct the required CCB (Asia) Credit Card Points as specified in Clause 3 from the designated Eligible Credit Card account during the period on or before August 21, 2026. If the points balance under the designated Eligible Credit Card account as of Augst 5, 2026 11:59p.m. (“Cut-off Time”) is below the number of required points, the Bank will charge the applicable fee listed below, based on the Eligible Redemption and the corresponding quantity, but will not deduct points from the account.

    Example 1: If you successfully redeemed 1 set of Metro Radio Anniversary Package set A, the required points is 40,000 in total. If the points balance of Eligible Credit Card account is 50,000 at the Cut-off Time, the Bank will deduct 40,000 points from the account.
    Example 2: If you successfully redeemed two sets of Metro Radio Anniversary Package set A, the required points is 80,000 in total. If the points balance is 75,000 at the Cut-off Time, the Bank will charge HK$400 for each package (i.e.HK$800 in total) due to the points balance is below the required points.
  6. If Customer has used the points under designated Eligible Credit Card account, resulting in an insufficient points balance under the account which fails the points deduction, the Bank will charge the fees specified in Clause 5.
  7. The Advance Bonus Points of CCB (Asia) TRAVO Mastercard is not eligible for the points deduction under this program.
  8. Ticket Packages are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Regardless of ticket packages, it is only allowed to redeem a maximum of 4 ticket packages per redemption transaction. Seats arrangements are assigned randomly, the customers cannot select the Seat and/or change to other ticket packages. In case of disputes on the Show ticket packages, the Bank reserves the right of final decision at their sole discretion, and no compensation whatsoever will be offered by the Bank. The customers who do not meet the safety requirements will be denied entry, no refund will be provided for any refusal of admission. Additional terms and conditions of the Show ticket packages apply, please refer to the latest announcement from Metro Broadcast Corporation Ltd. (“Organizer”).
  9. HK$80 per ticket package will be charged as a customer service fee (“Customer Service Fee”). The redemption can only be confirmed after successfully completing the payment process.
  10. Customer must choose to receive ticket packages by delivery, an additional HK$50 delivery fee (Applicable to Hong Kong/ Macau) or HK$80 delivery fee (Applicable to Mainland China / Other overseas) (“Delivery Fee”) will be charged per transaction. The ticket packages will be mailed by courier/ registered mail starting from August 10, 2026 to the address provided by the customer at the time of redemption (the submitted address cannot be changed). For details and arrangement of delivery, please refer to ccba.prioritybooking.com.hk. The Bank, Organizer and TixMart will not be responsible for any lost ticket packages due to the submission of invalid or inaccurate personal information (such as inaccurate mailing address, etc.) by the Customer. Please contact TixMart Hotline at 2180 8026 (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.) (Exclude Public Holiday) or email enquiry@ prioritybooking.com.hk for enquiries if customer have not received the ticket packages by from August 17, 2026.
  11. All redeemed and issued ticket package(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded. The total price of ticket package(s), Customer Service Fee, Delivery Fee and administration fee (if applicable) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  12. Ticket package(s) cannot be cancelled, refunded, altered or resold once redeemed. If the ticket package is lost, defaced or stolen, the Bank, the Organizer and TixMart will not reissue or replace it and will bear no responsibility.
  13. Confirmation email for ticket package redemption will be sent to the email address provided by Customer as a reference of successful transaction. TixMart will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by Customers, or due to issues that are out of TixMart's control (such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.).
  14. Exclusive Redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of TixMart. Please visit TixMart’s website for details.
  15. The details of the Show will be determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the Show without prior notice, including but not limited to the artist, performance time or performance content, etc. Any such modification will not constitute any reason for ticket package refund or conversion. In case of disputes arising between the Organizer and the Customer, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision as its sole discretion.
  16. Each ticket package admits one person only, and Customers of all ages must present the ticket package (with ticket stub intact) for on-site admission. Staff of Organizer and/or Venue have the right to deny entry for safety reasons.
  17. In case of cancelation or postponement of the Show for any reasons, the Bank, the Organizer or TixMart reserves the right to refund ticket packages and details shall be announced in due course.
  18. The Organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the Show if there are any changes necessary.
  19. In the event that the Organizer announces the cancellation or termination of the Show, all Fees and deducted points or the fee charged due insufficient points balance, cannot be refunded.
  20. The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for the messages displayed or communicated by any third party during the Show.
  21. By participating in this promotion, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  22. The Bank will determine the eligibility of each transaction by matching the cardmember transaction records held by the Bank and the relevant data provided. If the information from the cardmember differs from those of the Bank records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.
  23. The Show is organized by the Organizer, while the Redemption Service is provided by TixMart. The Bank make no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the service provided by TixMart, the Show organized by the Organizer, or the information provided by TixMart and/or the Organizer. The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the services, the Show, or the information provided by TixMart and/or the Organizer. Any enquiry regarding the Red Service, the Show or any relevant information should be directed to TixMart and/or the Organizer.
  24. The Bank are not the service providers of the Show/Exclusive Redemption Service and/or related services. Any enquiries, opinions, claims, complaints or disputes relating to the Show/Exclusive Redemption Service and/or related services should be directed to the respective service providers. The Bank accept no liability for and shall not be responsible for the quality of products and/or services or any other matters relating to the Organizer and/or TixMart. The Organizer and TixMart are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities.
  25. All images and details are for reference only.
  26. The Bank and/or the Organizer and/or TixMart reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion or its terms and conditions.
  27. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
