Terms and Conditions of the Credit Card Spending Lucky Draw:
- The promotion period is from July 9, 2026 to July 26, 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
- The Promotion is only applicable to cardmembers ("Cardmembers", "you" or "your") of credit cards (except Business Card) ("Eligible Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our").
- Registration must be made during the Registration Period as stated in clause 4 below at CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App (Login CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking > Tap “Credit Card / Loan” in the bottom bar > Scroll down to “Featured Offers” on Credit Card page and tap to register the Promotion) or at our website: www.asia.ccb.com/hk/spendluckydraw/en. If you have more than one Cards, registration of one of your Cards will automatically register all of other Cards under your name. If you made the transactions with various Eligible Card(s), eligible retail spending (“Eligible Retail Spending” as defined in clause 7 below) amount will be combined and counted cumulatively.
- You will receive a registration reference number upon successful registration. The registration period is from Hong Kong Time 10:00 a.m. of July 9, 2026 to 11:59 p.m. of July 26, 2026 ("Registration Period"). If you register during this period, you will be successfully registered for this program.
- Registration must be completed within the Registration Period with no quota on the number of registrations. No registration will be accepted outside the Registration Period. All record shall be based on the bank's system.
- During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers who make a single Eligible Retail Spending of HK$200 or more will be offered one lucky draw chance, with a chance to win 2 pieces of Metro Anniversary 35 “Spectrum of Self” tickets ("Tickets") of the Spending Lucky Draw. A total of 40 winners ("Winners") will be drawn:

Each Cardmembers can be offered unlimited lucky draw chances but can win once only during the whole Promotion Period.
- Eligible Retail Spending include retail transactions made in Hong Kong / overseas and online transactions with original sales slip or official payment record.
- The following spending will not be qualified as Eligible Retail Spending, transactions not posted on or before July 27, 2026, fund transfer, balance transfers, installment loans, all interest free installment transactions, payment for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, payment made by electronic wallet (including but not limited to AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK) transactions/ top-up/ fund transfer, autopay transactions, all Octopus reloading (include Octopus reloading via electronic wallet), RentSmart transactions, interest-free advance cash out program, bill payment, wire transfers, betting and gambling transactions, recurring transactions, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, tax payment, fees and charges made or incurred (whether in relation to the Card account(s) or otherwise) and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, such other categories as we may at our sole discretion determine from time to time, or which we otherwise decide are not eligible.
- Spending by supplementary Cardmember(s) of the Eligible Card(s) during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal Cardmember(s) of the Eligible Card(s) for the purpose of the Program.
- Winners will be drawn randomly by the computer system of the Bank - Winner announcement will be published on the Bank’s website and Winner will receive notification by email and/or MMS on August 10, 2026. Tickets will be mailed to the Winners’ correspondence address through registered mail / courier on or before August 14, 2026. If Winners cannot receive the Tickets by August 15, 2026, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 3179 5533 on or before August 16, 2026. Otherwise, we will assume the Winners has received the Tickets. Seats of the concert ticket will be assigned randomly. All seats allocation shall be at our sole discretion. Winners cannot choose seating or we cannot guarantee that consecutive seats will be available. The Bank shall not replace, and shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage incurred in relation to any tickets being lost or damaged or stolen in any circumstances, including without limitation, in mail.
- Your eligibility for the tickets shall be subject to our final decision (at our discretion), for which we are not obliged to provide any reason.
- If there is fraud and / or abuse in relation to your participation in this Promotion, we may charge you an administration fee of an amount equivalent to the cost of the Welcome Gift given to you from your Card account or any account with the Bank without prior notice. Your Card account has to remain valid and in good standing at the time of fulfillment in order for you to be eligible for the Tickets. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be cancelled, altered, returned or redeemed for cash under any circumstance. In case of any dispute arising from this Promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate this Promotion and change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- You have to keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, we may ask you to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for inspection.
- We reserve the right to vary the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Promotion, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
- The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent), and make no representation or warranty in relation to the tickets or performances whatsoever. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning the tickets or the performances must be referred to and resolved between the relevant service supplier or performance organizer and the Cardmembers, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmembers from his/her payment or other obligations to us. In particular, Cardmembers shall have no claim against the Bank for any cancellation or rescheduling of the performances or concerts by the performance organizer.
- In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
