Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion period is from July 9, 2026 to July 22, 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion is only available for the successful applicants ("Cardmembers", "you" or "your") for principal card of eye Credit Card, CCB(Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard or CCB(Asia) UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card ("Designated Card(s), Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our") during the Promotion Period. This Promotion is not applicable to Cardmembers who held or canceled any principal credit card issued by the Bank in the past 12 months before submitting the New Card Application. This Promotion is not applicable to employees of the Bank.
3. Cardmembers must successfully apply a Principal Card of any Designated Card and approved during the Promotion Period and will be offered with one lucky draw chance, with a chance to win Metro Anniversary 35 “Spectrum of Self” tickets (“Tickets”) of the Welcome Lucky Draw. A total of 20 winners (“Winner(s)”) will be drawn:

   Regardless of the number of New Card Application submitted during the Promotion Period, each Cardmembers can only enjoy the lucky draw once.
4. Winner will be drawn randomly by the computer system of the Bank - Winner announcement will be published on the Bank’s website and Winner will receive notification by email and/or MMS on August 10, 2026. Tickets will be mailed to the Winners’ correspondence address through registered mail on or before August 14, 2026. If Winners cannot receive the Tickets by August 15, 2026, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 3179 5533 on or before August 16, 2026. Otherwise, we will assume the Winners has received the Tickets. Seats of the concert ticket will be assigned randomly. All seats allocation shall be at our sole discretion. Winners cannot choose seating or we cannot guarantee that consecutive seats will be available. The Bank shall not replace, and shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage incurred in relation to any tickets being lost or damaged or stolen in any circumstances, including without limitation, in mail.
5. Your eligibility for the tickets shall be subject to our final decision (at our discretion), for which we are not obliged to provide any reason.
6. If there is fraud and / or abuse in relation to your participation in this Promotion or you cancel your Card within 12 months from the date of Card issuance, we may charge you an administration fee of an amount equivalent to the cost of the Welcome Gift given to you from your Card account or any account with the Bank without prior notice. Your Card account has to remain valid and in good standing at the time of fulfillment in order for you to be eligible for the Tickets. Tickets are not transferrable and cannot be cancelled, altered, returned or redeemed for cash under any circumstance. In case of any dispute arising from this Promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate this Promotion and change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
7. We reserve the right to vary the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Promotion, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
8. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent), and make no representation or warranty in relation to the tickets or performances whatsoever. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning the tickets or the performances must be referred to and resolved between the relevant service supplier or performance organizer and the Cardmembers, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmembers from his/her payment or other obligations to us. In particular, Cardmembers shall have no claim against the Bank for any cancellation or rescheduling of the performances or concerts by the performance organizer.
9. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
