Remarks:
  1. This promotion is only applicable to cardmembers of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited. Cardmembers must successfully register as members of the hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program in order to redeem the Spending Reward.
  2. During the Promotion Period, each cardmember can only redeem each of Reward 1, Reward 2 and Reward 3 for two times per month, meaning a maximum redemption of HK$1,280 in Hang Lung e-Coupons per month, and up to a maximum of HK$2,560 in Hang Lung e-Coupons during the entire Promotion Period. Redemptions made on June 30, 2026, will be counted towards the July redemption quota. If the reward quota is full, the reward will be terminated at any time without prior notice from the Bank.
  3. A maximum of 2 machine-printed receipts issued by different merchants can be accumulated for each redemption (and the eligible spending amount of each receipt must be HK$100 or above).
  4. Each Cardmember can enjoy the additional parking reward once per day, which must be used in conjunction with the shop & Park Privilege of Gala Place. Quotas apply and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card x Hang Lung Mall Spending Rewards (“Promotion”):
  1. Promotion Period is from June 30, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only available to cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)” or “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers (a) successfully registering as a member of the hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (“hello Members”) managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited) (“Hang Lung”) and (b) using the same Eligible Card for accumulated designated same-day spending at the following Hang Lung Malls: (1) Fashion Walk, which is situated at Great George Street, Paterson Street, Cleveland Street and Kingston Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, (2) Grand Plaza which is situated at 625 & 639 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Hong Kong (“Grand Plaza”), (3) Gala Place which is situated at 56 Dundas Street, Mongkok, Hong Kong (“Gala Place”) and (4) Hollywood Plaza which is situated at 610 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Hong Kong (“Hollywood Plaza”) (collectively the “Participating Malls”), may enjoy the below Rewards (collectively the “Rewards”):

    Accumulated same-day spending amount is based on a maximum of two (2) merchant receipts with minimum spending of HKD100 each with the same Eligible Card.
  4. Quotas of Rewards apply on a first-come-first-served basis while quotas last without prior notice. Reward 1 is limited to a total quota of 3,000 sets, Reward 2 is limited to a total quota of 1,000 sets and Reward 3 is limited to a total quota of 450 sets. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  5. Each Cardmember can only redeem either Reward 1, Reward 2 or Reward 3 once on each day by the same Eligible Card. Redemption by multiple Eligible Cards from the same Cardmember on the same day is not acceptable. Each Cardmember can only redeem each of Reward 1, Reward 2 and Reward 3 two (2) times per month during the Promotion Period, i.e. up to a maximum of HK$1,280 worth of Hang Lung e-Coupons per month and up to a maximum of HK$2,560 worth of Hang Lung e-Coupons throughout the Promotion Period. Any redemption performed on June 30, 2026 will be counted as a redemption in July 2026 for the purpose of calculating the monthly quota.
  6. Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. The use of the Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) is subject to terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions available at the Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program for more information. The terms and conditions of such Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) shall be subject to change from time to time at the absolute and sole discretion of Hang Lung without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision.
  7. Cardmembers must present the original copies of valid merchant machine-printed invoices and the corresponding payment slips (collectively the “Valid Invoice(s)”) together with the Eligible Card bearing the same card number in person at the designated redemption locations at the Participating Malls within seven (7) days from (and inclusive of) the transaction date (as per the date stated on the Valid Invoice) in order to receive the Rewards. For transactions settled by mobile payment, Cardmember is required to present the Eligible Card bound to the mobile device or watch, transaction details in mobile application, original copies of Valid Invoices to Hang Lung staff at the redemption locations for Reward redemption, who shall have the right to ask for identity proof for the sole purpose of verification.
  8. The redemption locations at the Participating Malls and the opening hours are as follows:

    All original copies of Valid Invoice(s) will be stamped by the Hang Lung staff at the redemption locations at the Participating Malls upon redemption for identification purpose. Cardmembers cannot request refund from merchants with the stamped original copies of Valid Invoices. Each set of Valid Invoice can only be used to redeem Reward once, i.e. Valid Invoice used for redemption of Reward 1 cannot be re-used to redeem Reward 2 or Reward 3 and vice versa. Valid Invoices used in this Promotion cannot be re-used in other mall promotions (except Extra Parking Reward (as defined in clause 22 below).

    The Reward redemption is only eligible to Cardmembers with original copies of Cardmember’s machine-printed invoices and corresponding payment slips issued by merchants at Participating Malls. Valid Invoices must be issued within the opening hours of the merchants at the Participating Malls. Cardmember’s payment slips issued by the merchants must clearly state the Credit Card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and Cardmember’s signature (if applicable). Cardmember’s machine printed invoices issued by the merchants must clearly state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and purchase items. Credit card statement or photocopies of payment slips / machine-printed invoices will not be accepted. Cardmembers will not be eligible for the Reward redemption if they cannot present the original copies of Valid Invoices and/or the relevant Eligible Card (for any reasons) on the redemption day, or the information provided by the Cardmember is incomplete.

    Cardmembers are required to keep the relevant original Valid Invoice(s) for inspection upon request by the Bank. In case of any disputes, Cardmembers are required to submit the relevant original Valid Invoice(s) for further investigation by the Bank.
  9. The Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) issued under the Promotion are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and will not be reissued after their expiry under any circumstances. The Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) can be used at any Hang Lung e-Coupon Participating Merchants located at any Hang Lung Malls. A list of the Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) Participating Merchants is available on the Hang Lung e-Coupon(s) page in the Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program. The list shall be subject to change from time to time at the absolute and sole discretion of Hang Lung without prior notice.
  10. Transaction amount is counted on individual card basis (by Credit Card number), and only the actual transaction amount will be counted (only the net amount after discounted price / the use of promotion voucher / cash voucher will be counted). The following transactions will not be eligible for the reward redemption:
    • spending on or through telecommunications services, or banking or currency exchange services;
    • spending on car parks;
    • store credits, purchase of gift vouchers, cash vouchers, purchase of or adding value to gift cards;
    • other transactions including but not limited to utilities bill payments, purchase of or adding value to stored value cards (including the unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, transactions recorded by handwritten payment slips and any transactions without electronic payment slips and/or merchant sales receipts);
    • any transactions made via any payment gateways (including but not limited to Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go and PayMe); and
    • any other purchases/payments/transactions that the Bank and/or Hang Lung may at their absolute discretion exclude from time to time.
  11. Any photocopied, duplicated or handwritten invoices, handwritten Cardmember’s payment slips, faked transaction, transaction not yet posted and / or any ineligible transaction designated by the Bank are not accepted. Transaction date and time of the Bank’s record shall prevail. Split transactions will not be accepted. Cardmember’s transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple sales invoices or payment slips with same or different Eligible Card(s) to participate in the Reward redemption. For installment payment, only the transaction in respect of the first installment and which is listed as fully paid on the merchant machine-printed invoice will be eligible for the Rewards. For transactions that involve payment of deposit, only the value of the deposit paid on the transaction day instead of the total transaction amount will be counted as the spending amount for the purpose of the Rewards. The balance of the invoice cannot be used for any other promotion offers.
  12. Your card account status must remain valid and in good standing (as determined at the Bank’s discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the Rewards are given.
  13. The Rewards are only applicable to the Cardmembers whose eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the Bank and Hang Lung during the Promotion Period. Any cancelled, refunded, falsified and unposted transactions will not be counted as eligible transactions. In case of such transactions, the Rewards will be cancelled together with those transactions. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Rewards by any person (as determined by the Bank and Hang Lung at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Rewards. The Bank and Hang Lung reserve the right to deduct the value of any Reward redeemed inappropriately by a customer directly from any of the relevant Cardmember’s Eligible Card without prior notice.
  14. The Bank and Hang Lung shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  15. Cardmembers should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, a Cardmember acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  16. The products/services underlying the transactions are provided by the merchants, for which the Bank and Hang Lung shall have no liability in any respect, including but not limited to the quality or the products/services. The Bank and Hang Lung shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product / service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant merchant and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his / her payment or other obligations to the Bank.
  17. The Bank and Hang Lung reserve the right to vary the Promotion and / or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Promotion, at their discretion at any time without giving prior notice. If there are any changes, the updated version containing such changes will be effective immediately. Your continued participation in the Promotion after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with any changes or additions, please cease participating immediately.
  18. The Bank and Hang Lung reserve the right to make final decision in case of any disputes under the Promotion.
  19. No person other than the Cardmember who participates in the Promotion, the Bank, Hang Lung and its related or affiliated companies will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  20. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  21. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.

Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card x Hang Lung Mall Additional 1 Hour Parking Offer:
  1. During the Promotion Period, a Cardmember who makes single Eligible Spending with Participating Merchants at Grand Plaza, Gala Place or Hollywood Plaza of not less than HK$100 with an Eligible Card is entitled to an additional 1-hour free parking (“Extra Parking Reward”) at Gala Place carpark (must be used in conjunction with the Standard Free Parking Privilege of Gala Place). Each Cardmember (including all principal and supplementary cards under his/her Eligible Card account) can enjoy the Extra Parking Reward ONCE per day during the Promotion Period.
  2. To redeem the Extra Parking Reward, Cardmembers must on the same day of the transaction personally present the original merchant machine-printed invoice and the corresponding payment slips of Eligible Cards issued by the Participating Merchants at Grand Plaza, Gala Place or Hollywood Plaza with the Eligible Cards and/or the respective mobile payment’s account/card number under the same Eligible Cards, and the Cardmember’s hello Member account page, at the below designated redemption locations before leaving the carpark. There will be no refunds for any unsuccessful redemptions. Details are as follows:

  5. Quota applies to the Extra Parking Reward and is available on first-come first-served basis while stock lasts.
