5. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Hotel and The Bank shall be final.
6. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):

Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
