Terms and Conditions of Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong Dining Offers:

1. Promotion Period is from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. 1-day advance reservation is required. It is required to state the intention of enjoying the offers when making reservation and settle full payment with CCB (Asia) Credit Card or CCB Long Credit Card.
3. The offers are not applicable on 5-6 October, 20-21, 24-26, 31 December, 2025 and 1 January, 14 and 16-19 February 2026.
4. The offers are not applicable to the guest chef promotion, Wine lunch or dinner promotion, Fireworks display evening and special menus.
5. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers, discounts, cash and dining vouchers, Shangri-La Circle Points redemption or any other membership benefits.
6. Shangri-La Circle members can earn Shangri-La Circle Points on the net consumption amounts after all applicable discounts.
7. The offers are only applicable to dine-in consumption only.
8. The offers are not applicable to service charge.
9. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
10. Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong reserves the right to change the promotional details and terms and conditions of the offers without prior notice.
11. In case of disputes, the decision of Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong shall be final.

Terms and Conditions of Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong Dining Offers:

Terms and Conditions of The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong Dining and Accommodation Offers:

1. Promotion Period is from August 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2. Dining Offers:
   1. Advance reservation via hotel’s official website with promo code “CCBTAC25” is required.
   2. Customers must settle the payment by using CCB (Asia) Credit Card or CCB Long Credit Card to enjoy the offers.
   3. All prices are subject to 10% service charge based on the original price.
   4. The offers are not applicable to set menu at JADE and Lighthouse Lounge.
   5. The offer is not applicable to buffet breakfast at Lighthouse Café.
   6. The offers are for dine-in only.
   7. Blackout dates apply for the offer, inclusive of 1, 7 & 29 October 2025.
   8. The offer is intended for leisure purposes only and cannot be used for any private event, banquet consumption or commercial purposes.
   9. This offer is not applicable to corkage fees, cut-cake fees, seasonal menus and festive menus.
   10. The discounted offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 diners for each dining period.

3. Accommodation Offers:
   1. Customers must book in advance via hotel’s official website by inputting the promo code “CCBTAC25”, confirm the accommodation using CCB (Asia) Credit Card or CCB Long Credit Card and respective credit card must be presented upon check-in in order to enjoy the offers.
   2. Advance reservation is required while offer is subject to availability.
   3. Modification or cancellation must be made 72 hours before check-in; otherwise, the first night’s room rate along with the relevant service charge would apply as a penalty.
   4. Prices quoted are in Hong Kong dollars and subject to 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
   5. All privileges are valid during the stay and are non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be used for future visits.
   6. All room rates and privileges are subject to change without prior notice.
   7. This room offer is for accommodation purpose only, not for event or commercial use.

3. Accommodation Offers:
   1. Offers are valid from Mondays to Thursdays only.
   2. Customers must book in advance via hotel’s official website by inputting the promo code “CCBTAC25”, confirm the accommodation with full prepayment using CCB (Asia) Credit Card or CCB Long Credit Card and respective credit card must be presented upon check-in in order to enjoy the offers.
   3. Advance reservation is required while offer is subject to availability.
   4. Cancellation or amendment must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival to avoid incurring a penalty charge.

General Terms and Conditions of Dining and Accommodation Offers (Applicable to The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel and Royal Pacific Hotel) :

1. All photos are for reference only.
2. The offers are subject to availability.
3. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, special promotions, members’ discounts or the claiming of Asia Miles.
4. Hotel reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, to suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
5. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Hotel and The Bank shall be final.
6. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):

1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
5. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
6. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
