Terms and Conditions of Hotels.com (the “Merchant”) Selected Worldwide Hotels Booking Promotion (the “Promotion”):
  1. The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” and “our”).
  2. Promotion Period is from July 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers must be a member of Hotels.com and make a hotel booking via Hotels.com designated webpage (https://zh.hotels.com/ccba) with Eligible Card(s) and designated promotion code (“Promo Code”) to enjoy below offers (“Offer”):
    1. Offer 1: Enjoy 12% off on selected worldwide hotels booking upon a single net spending of HK$800 or above with Promo Code “CCBA12” and is capped at HK$200 per transaction; or/and
    2. Offer 2: Enjoy 15% off on selected worldwide hotels booking upon a single net spending of HK$2,000 or above with Promo Code “CCBA15” and is capped at HK$500 per transaction
  4. Quotas of Offer 1 is 1,500 while quotas of Offer 2 is 1,000. Quota applies and is only available on first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts. There will not be any prior notice if the quota of each phase is full. The quotas are calculated based on the computer record of Hotels.com.
  5. Cardmembers can only apply one Promo Code in each transaction. Each Hotels.com member can use each Promo Code twice within the promotion period.
  6. This promotion cannot be redeemed against hotels at https://zh.hotels.com/lp/b/hotel-exclusions. The exclusion list may be amended from time to time without prior notice. 
  7. Cardmembers must fully settle the payment in Hong Kong Dollar with Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers. The Offers are not applicable to any payment via eWallet or third-party mobile payment applications/platform, including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay CN, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Payme.
  8. Offer is only applicable to room charges of the Hotels.com’s selected hotels and selected room types via Hotels.com designated webpage excluding any taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and other similar charges) with stay period during July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  9. Whether the Offer applies will be reflected in the information shown in the payment page. Should there be any breach of the terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, the Bank and Hotels.com reserve the right to deny the qualification for the Offer, cancel the affected transaction, and/or claim back the applied discount amount from the Cardmember.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, Offer shall not be used together with other benefits, discounts or promotion vouchers at the same time and shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.
  11. In case of refund or return of the purchased items, only the amount actually paid in the currency stated above (excluding any applied discount) will be refunded and the discount enjoyed will not be made available again.
  12. Offer shall be applied pursuant to and subject to the terms of the Bank and Hotels.com. The Bank and Hotels.com reserve the right to suspend, cancel or change the Promotion and the terms without advance notice. In case of any dispute about these terms and conditions, the Bank and Hotels.com shall have the final discretion.
  13. In the event this Promotion is stopped by the government, or must be suspended due to server network attack and/or system failure, or any circumstances beyond the CCB(Asia)’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event. The CCB(Asia) and the relevant merchant cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therefrom.
  14. By participating in this promotion, the Cardmember acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  15. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the Merchant for details.
  16. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  17. The products/services are provided by the Merchant, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  18. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  19. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  20. The Bank and the Merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  21. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
