Terms and Conditions of KKday Instant Discount Offer (“Instant Discount Offer”):
  1. The offers are only applicable to Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and who registered as a member of KKday.com International Company Limited and its affiliates (“KKday”) in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cardmember”). To become a member of KKday, Eligible Cardmember has to complete the registration process on either the KKday mobile application (http://bit.ly/3aDZJyK) or website (https://www.kkday.com/zh-hk or https://www.kkday.com/en/home).
  2. The promotional period of Offer (1) shall be from 22 December 2023 to 30 June 2024. The itinerary has to be completed on or before 31 August 2024, after which they will be invalid. The promotional period of offer (2) and (3) are from 22 December 2023 to 31 December 2024. The itinerary of offer (2) and (3) has to be completed on or before 31 March 2025, after which they will be invalid.

  6. No refund will be accepted if Eligible Cardmember purchased a wrong product or e-voucher has been expired etc. caused by any personal reason.
  7. Product prices may subject to change due to the exchange rate, Eligible Cardmember need to refer to the official website upon purchase.
  8. Actual itinerary is dependent on travel and road conditions, and as such, may be adjusted accordingly.

Terms and Conditions for Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
  1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
  2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  5. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  6. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
