Terms and Conditions of LIFETASTIC HKD80 Instant Discount Offer (“Instant Discount Offer”):

The promotion period of Instant Discount Offer is valid from December 11, 2023 to June 30, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, CCB (Asia) Credit Cardmember can enjoy HKD80 Instant Discount upon net spending of HKD398 on whole cake purchase in persion at all LIFETASTIC stores. Transaction must be completed with CCB (Asia) Credit Card.
Instant Discount Offer is applicable to all whole cake items except Heart-shaped Watermelon Strawberry Layer Cakes, double layer cakes, wedding cakes and Petite Cakes.
Instant Discount Offer is not applicable to online shop purchase.
Cake type is subject to availability and while stocks last. Special reminder: During peak season, only limited cake choices will be available.
Instant Discount Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any LIFETASTIC member offers, Coffee/Tea Offer, promotions discounts, vouchers nor coupons. All food items will be based on the original price.

Terms and Conditions of LIFETASTIC Coffee/Tea Offer (“Coffee/Tea Offer”):

The promotion period of Coffee/Tea Offer is valid from December 11, 2023 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, CCB (Asia) Credit Cardmember can enjoy 2 cups of complimentary coffee or tea upon net spending of HKD300 on dine-in service (before dine-in 10% service charge) with CCB (Asia) Credit Card at designated LIFETASTIC stores. Transaction must be completed with CCB (Asia) Credit Card.
2 cups of complimentary coffee or tea are applicable to coffee or tea at HKD50 or below only.
If more than 2 cups of coffee or tea ordered in one bill, the lowest value of the 2 cups will be offered as the complimentary coffee or tea. Maximum 2 cups of complientary coffee or tea will be offered in one transaction.
10% service charge applies for dine-in service (based on original price).
Beverage choices is subject to availability and while stocks last.
Each Credit Cardmember must order a minimum of one food item to meet the minimum spending requirement when enjoying this offer.
Coffee/Tea Offer can be used repeatedly within the Promotion Period and will be invalid after expiration.
Coffee/Tea Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, other products, or services.
Coffee/Tea Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (excluding birthday promotions), Instant Discount Offer, discounts, vouchers, or coupons.

Terms and Conditions for Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):

Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
