Terms and Conditions of "Miriam Yeung Live MY LIVE 2025" Campaign ("Campaign"):

  1. Unless otherwise specified, "Miriam Yeung Live MY LIVE 2025" Campaign ("Campaign") is available for cardmembers ("Cardmembers") of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) ("Eligible Cards") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank" and "our").
  2. Each participant is entitled to get 2 pcs of ticket ("Tickets") of "Miriam Yeung Live MY LIVE 2025" once in the Campaign, including but not limited to "Credit Card Welcome Lucky Draw", "Credit Card Mission Lucky Draw", "Credit Card Top Accumulated Spending Reward".
  3. All of the Campaign results will be announced on or before November 14, 2025 via the bank's website www.asia.ccb.com/hk/miriamyeungwinner/en, and winners ("Winner(s)") will also be notified on ticket collection arrangement via email/MMS using the contact details recorded in the bank. The published winner list on website would include partial names and the first 4 digits of mobile numbers as recorded by the bank.
  4. Winners of "Credit Card Welcome Lucky Draw", "Credit Card Mission Lucky Draw" will be randomly selected by the bank's computer system.
  5. Cardmember’s Credit Card account status must remain valid and in good standing throughout the promotion period and upon issuance of tickets; otherwise, the lucky draw chance and prize eligibility will be disqualified.
  6. The ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other rewards. The Bank reserves the right to substitute the Tickets with an alternative reward of equivalent value without prior notice. The Bank shall not be held liable for any costs, inconveniences, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay, postponement, or cancellation.
  7. Seats of the concert ticket will be assigned randomly. Winners cannot choose seating or we cannot guarantee that consecutive seats will be available. The date, seat, and price of the ticket cannot be changed. The Bank shall not replace, and shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage incurred in relation to any tickets being lost or damaged or stolen in any circumstances.
  8. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent), and make no representation or warranty in relation to the tickets or performances whatsoever. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning the tickets or the performances must be referred to and resolved between the relevant performance organizer and the Cardmembers, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmembers from his/her payment or other obligations to us. In particular, Cardmembers shall have no claim against the Bank for any cancellation or rescheduling of the performances by the performance organizer.
  9. If there is fraud and / or abuse in relation to your participation in the Campaign, we may charge you an administration fee of an amount equivalent to the cost of the ticket given to you from your Card account or any account with the Bank without prior notice. Under no circumstances can tickets be exchanged or converted into cash, goods or services provided by this bank or any third party. In case of any dispute arising from the Campaign, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the Campaign and change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  10. For the sake of fairness, the Campaign is not applicable to all of our Bank Staff. You acknowledge and agree that if you become employee of the Bank before claiming the prize, you will be disqualified from the Campaign.
  11. We reserve the right to vary the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Campaign, at our discretion at any time.
  12. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.



Terms and Conditions of the "Credit Card Welcome Lucky Draw" ("Welcome Promotion"):

  1. The promotion period is from September 26, 2025 to October 31, 2025, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  2. Unless otherwise specified, this Welcome Promotion is only available for the successful applicants ("you" or "your") for principal card of eye Credit Card or CCB(Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard ("Designated Card(s)) issued by the Bank during the Promotion Period. This Welcome Promotion is not applicable to Cardmembers who held or canceled any principal credit card issued by the Bank in the past 6 months before submitting the New Card Application.
  3. You must successfully apply and activate a Principal Card of any Designated Card during the Promotion Period will be offered with one lucky draw chance (regardless of the number of New Card Application submitted, you can only get the lucky draw once during the Promotion Period), with a chance to win 2 pcs of "Miriam Yeung Live MY LIVE 2025" tickets valued at HK$1,280 each of the Welcome Promotion. A total of 10 winners will be drawn.
  4. Your eligibility for the tickets shall be subject to the Bank final decision (at our discretion), for which the Bank is not obliged to provide any reason.
  5. If you cancel your Card within 12 months from the date of Card issuance, we may charge you an administration fee of an amount equivalent to the cost of the ticket given to you from your Card account or any account with the Bank without prior notice.



Terms and Conditions of "Credit Card Mission Lucky Draw" ("Mission Lucky Draw"):

  1. Promotion period is from September 26, 2025 to October 26, 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  2. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers are required to complete the below-mentioned designated missions in order to earn respective lucky draw chances.

Terms and Conditions of "Mobile Banking Login" Mission ("Mission 1"):
  1. Mission 1 is only applicable to the Principal Cardmembers of the Bank’s Eligible Cards.
  2. During the Promotion Period, Principal Cardmembers successfully login the Mobile Banking can earn 1 lucky draw chance.

Terms and Conditions of "Credit Card e-Statement Setup" Mission ("Mission 2"):
  1. Mission 2 is only applicable to the Principal Cardmembers of the Bank’s Eligible Cards.
  2. Mission 2 is only applicable to the Principal Cardmembers who have not yet set up the Credit Card e-Statement on or before September 25, 2025 ("Eligible e-Statement Customers").
  3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible e-Statement Customers successfully set up the Credit Card e-Statement via Mobile Banking or Online Banking can earn 1 lucky draw chance.
  4. Eligible e-Statement Customers are required to maintain the Credit Card e-Statement Service throughout the Promotion Period and before the date of Lucky Draw Result Announcement; otherwise, the lucky draw chance will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions of "Credit Card Retail Spending" Mission ("Mission 3"):
  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can earn 1 lucky draw chance and up to 50 lucky draw chances upon every single Retail Spending of HK$100 or above conducting by Eligible Cards.
  2. Eligible Retail Spending refers to Retail transactions made in Hong Kong, online transactions, and transactions with original sales slip or official payment record conducted outside Hong Kong.
  3. Excluded Transactions refers to transactions not posted on or before November 2, 2025, fund transfer, balance transfers, installment loans, all interest free installment transactions, electronic wallet (AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK) transactions/ top-up/ fund transfer, payment for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, autopay transactions, all Octopus reloading (include Octopus reloading via electronic wallet), "Interest-free $martExpress" transactions, RentSmart transactions, interest-free advance cash out program, bill payment, wire transfers, betting and gambling transactions, recurring transactions, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, cash advance, tax payment, fees and charges made or incurred (whether in relation to the Card account(s) or otherwise) and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, such other categories as we may at our sole discretion determine from time to time, or which we otherwise decide are not eligible.
  4. Overseas Purchase refers to Overseas Purchases for Visa or Mastercard, all transactions effected in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars are converted from the transaction currency into Hong Kong Dollars and charged to the Card Account based on the exchange rate adopted by Visa or Mastercard, as applicable, on the date of conversion. In addition, all transactions effected in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars are subject to a foreign currency conversion fee (representing the charge imposed by Visa or Mastercard on the issuer of the Card) and an overseas transaction fee, in such amounts as set forth in the Fee Schedule. Overseas Purchases for UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card - Save and except for transactions effected in RMB and transacted in Mainland China, all transactions effected in a currency other than HKD including transactions effected in RMB transacted in territories outside Mainland China, including without limitation, Hong Kong or Macau, are converted from the transaction currency into HKD and charged to Cardmember's HKD Card account based on the exchange rate adopted by UnionPay’s prevailing exchange rate on the date of conversion. Cardmember agrees to accept UnionPay’s exchange rates as quoted from time to time without dispute.
  5. Eligible Retail Spending made by supplementary cardmember(s) of the Card(s) during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal cardmember(s) of the Card(s) for the purpose of the Lucky Draw.
  6. You have to keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the eligible transactions. In case of dispute, we may ask you to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for inspection and we may keep them.

Terms and Conditions of "CCB Lifestyle App Credit Card Adding" Mission ("Mission 4"):
  1. Mission 4 is only applicable to the Principal Cardmembers of CCB (Asia) UnionPay credit cards (except Business Card) ("Eligible UnionPay Credit Cards") issued the Bank.
  2. Mission 4 is only applicable to the Cardmembers who have not yet added CCB (Asia) UnionPay Credit Card to CCB lifestyle App on or before September 25, 2025.
  3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers successfully register CCB Lifestyle App and add UnionPay Credit Cards can earn 2 lucky draw chances.
  4. UnionPay Credit Cards are added within CCB lifestyle App by Eligible Cardmembers throughout the Promotion Period and before the date of Lucky Draw Result Announcement; otherwise, the lucky draw chance will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions of "Credit Card Top Accumulated Spending Reward" ("Top Spending Reward")

  1. Promotion period is from September 26, 2025 to October 26, 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  2. The prize of Promotion is 2 pcs of "Miriam Yeung Live MY LIVE 2025" tickets valued at HK$1,280 ("Reward") each for Top 10 Cardmembers with the highest cumulative retail spending ("Eligible Retail Spending").
  3. Eligible Retail Spending are those with original sales slip or official payment record conducted in Mainland China, Macau and/or overseas (Online transactions conducted in foreign currencies are not valid). Mainland China, Macau and Overseas Purchases for Visa or Mastercard, all transactions effected in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars are converted from the transaction currency into Hong Kong Dollars and charged to the Card account based on the exchange rate adopted by Visa or Mastercard, as applicable, on the date of conversion. In addition, all transactions effected in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars are subject to a foreign currency conversion fee (representing the charge imposed by Visa or Mastercard on the issuer of the Card) and an overseas transaction fee, in such amounts as set forth in the Fee Schedule of CCB(Asia).   4. The following spending will not be qualified as Eligible Transactions: transactions not posted on or before November 02, 2025, online foreign currency transactions (classified as online transaction according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Visa International, Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited, UnionPay or a merchant's acquiring bank), fund transfer, balance transfers, instalment loans, all interest free instalment transactions, payment for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, electronic wallet (AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK) transactions / top-up / fund transfer, autopay transactions, all Octopus reloading (include Octopus reloading via electronic wallet), "Interest-free $martExpress" transactions, RentSmart transactions, interest-free advance cash out program, bill payment, wire transfers, betting and gambling transactions, recurring transactions, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, cash advance, tax payment, fees and charges made or incurred (whether in relation to the Card account(s) or otherwise) and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, such other categories as we may at our sole discretion determine from time to time, or which we otherwise decide are not eligible.
  5. Cardmembers shall keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for verification purpose.
  6. The Bank will determine whether eligible Cardmembers qualify for Reward based on transaction records stored in the Bank. In case of any disputes, the Bank's records shall prevail.
  7. Eligible spending by supplementary Cardmember(s) of the Eligible Card(s) during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal Cardmember(s) of the Eligible Card(s) for the purpose of the Promotion.
