Terms and Conditions of Shake Shack Dining Offer (the “Promotion”):
  1. Promotion Period is from January 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) and CCB Long Credit Card(except JCB credit card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and China Construction Bank (the “Bank” and “our”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy HK$25 instant offer (“Offer”) upon making a single spending of HK$200 or above at all Shake Shack stores in Hong Kong(the “Merchant”) with Eligible Cards.
  4. Quotas of the Offer is 12,000. Quota applies and is only available on first-come-first-served basis, while the quota lasts.
  5. To enjoy the Offer, please inform the Merchant’s staff upon ordering.
  6. No prior notice will be provided by the Bank while quota full.
  7. The Offer is applicable to dine-in and takeaway food items.
  8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, cash, dining vouchers, any other membership benefits or any other promotional offers. Please check with Merchant Staff for details.
  9. Thee Offer can only be used when ordering at the cashier but is not available for Shake Shack Online Ordering platform, kiosks, or any other third-party delivery or pickup platforms.
  10. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
  11. All pictures and information of the Offer is for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  12. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offer under the Promotion shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the Merchant.
  13. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant Merchant and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  14. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to vary the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Promotion, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  15. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Promotion.
  16. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
