Remarks:
  1. Only applicable to Cardmembers who have bound any CCB (Asia) UnionPay Credit Card (except Business Cards) to their WeChat Pay HK account during the promotion period.
  2. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers who pay via WeChat Pay HK with an Eligible Credit Card at Shanghai LEGOLAND® Resort (“Merchant”) may automatically receive (i) HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount upon a single Eligible Transaction of HK$200 or above at designated merchants; and/or (ii) HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount upon a single Eligible Transaction of HK$1,000 or above on hotels or tickets.
  3. During the Promotion Period, each Cardmember can enjoy each HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount and each HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount a maximum of three (3) times. Both the HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount and HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount is available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. The number of HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount and HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount available are as recorded in the WeChat Pay HK system and shall prevail under any circumstances.
  4. “Eligible Transaction(s)” refers to the designated transactions made at offline Merchants in Hong Kong Dollars (excluding tax payment, credit card repayments, FPS transfers, Person-to-Person (P2P) payment transfer, telecom payment, utilities payment, local or international remittance, top-up for any stored value facilities or WeChat Red Packets) using an Eligible Credit Card via WeChat Pay HK during the Promotion Period.
  5. Applicant must at any time in the 12 months ending on the date of application did not hold any principal credit cards issued by CCB (Asia) and applicant needs to fulfill the related requirement in order to enjoy the welcome gift (HK$800 Cash Rebate: Successfully apply for “Chill” Spending Installment Program with tenor of 6 months or above and minimum total installment amount of HK$15,000 in the transfer 3 months from Card issuance date; HK$300 Cash Rebate: Minimum total spending of HK$6,000 in the transfer 2 months from Card issuance date). Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) of CCB (Asia) Credit Card x WeChat Pay HK Promotion Offer (“Program”):
  1. The promotion period is from September 10, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program is only applicable to the WeChat Pay HK users who are cardmembers (“Cardmembers” or “you”) of UnionPay credit cards (except Business Card) ("Eligible UnionPay Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our") and is only available to principal and supplementary Cardmembers of the Eligible Cards.
  3. The Program is co-organized by WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited (“WeChat Pay Hong Kong”) and the Bank.
  4. “WeChat Pay HK” is a mobile-based stored value facility managed and operated by WeChat Pay Hong Kong.
  5. To participate in this Program, your WeChat Pay HK account and the Eligible Card linked thereto shall remain in normal and good status. Cardmembers whose WeChat Pay HK accounts are in abnormal, protected or restricted status are not eligible to participate in this Program.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, the Instant Discount (as defined below) cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  7. To avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant WeChat Pay HK accounts will be deemed to be used by the same Cardmember:
    1. Logging in of multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts on the same mobile phone or mobile device; or
    2. Logging in of the same WeChat Pay HK account with multiple mobile phones or mobile devices; or
    3. The same credit card or bank account number being linked to multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts.
    In the case of any of the above, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of any Instant Discounts rewarded to the relevant account and to take any legal action it deems fit.
  8. Cardmembers are not required to actively redeem any Instant Discount when enjoying the offer. As long as the conditions of use of Instant Discount are satisfied, the relevant Instant Discount will be automatically applied, and the redemption will be shown on the payment proof of WeChat Pay HK. The Instant Discounts are provided by WeChat Pay Hong Kong and are only applicable to transactions paid via WeChat Pay HK.
  9. Cardmembers can only use one Instant Discount for each transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK. The use of the Instant Discount is subject to any other terms and conditions as determined by WeChat Pay Hong Kong from time to time.
  10. For refund after the payment is completed,
    1. in the case of a full refund (as agreed between Cardmember and the merchant), the relevant Instant Discount will be reissued with its validity period and conditions of usage unchanged, if the relevant Instant Discount has expired at the time of refund, it cannot be used again and cannot be reissued;
    2. in the case of partial refund (as agreed between Cardmember and the merchant), the relevant Instant Discount will not be reissued after being used.
    Please contact the relevant merchant directly for a refund. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong is not in a position to intervene in any refund arrangement, and is not responsible for the performance and quality of products/services offered by the merchants.
  11. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong are not the supplier or service provider of the products and services provided by a merchant and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to a merchant’s products and services provided. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services.
  12. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these T&Cs or any communications, the decision of the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong.
  14. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong will carry out this Program in accordance with applicable laws of Hong Kong. In the event this Program is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond the Bank’s and WeChat Pay Hong Kong’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall not be liable for any damage, loss or dispute therein.
  15. By participating in this Program, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of and relevant to this Program, and agree that WeChat Pay Hong Kong may use your personal data for the purpose of this Program in accordance with WeChat Pay Hong Kong’s Privacy Policy available on: https://hkwallet.moneydata.hk/hkwalletv3/agreement/agreement_privacy_policy.html.
  16. If there is any breach of these T&Cs or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the redemption and/or use of the Instant Discounts, the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong will forfeit such Cardmembers’ relevant rewards and entitlement to the Instant Discounts forthwith and without notice. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right to cancel such transaction(s) and to recover loss(es) from the relevant Cardmembers.
  17. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right to amend these T&Cs or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice. For any enquiries about this Program, please contact WeChat Pay Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline at 3929 1666.
  18. In the event of any conflicts, discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of Shanghai LEGOLAND® Resort Spending Rewards:
  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy (i) a HK$20 Shanghai LEGOLAND® Resort designated merchants instant discount (“HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount”) automatically upon completing a single Eligible Transaction of HK$200 or above via WeChat Pay HK with the Eligible UnionPay Card at Shanghai LEGOLAND® Resort (“Merchant”) AND/OR (ii) a HK$100 LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort hotels/ tickets instant discount (“HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount”) automatically upon completing a single Eligible Transaction of HK$1,000 or above on hotels/ tickets via WeChat Pay HK with Eligible UnionPay Card at the Merchant.
  2. During the Promotion Period, each Cardmember can enjoy each HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount and each HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount a maximum of three (3) times. Both the HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount and HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount is available on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. The number of HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount and HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount available are as recorded in the WeChat Pay HK system and shall prevail under any circumstances, and no notifications will be made regarding the quota situation.
  3. “Eligible Transaction(s)” refers to the designated transactions made at offline Merchants in Hong Kong Dollars (excluding tax payment, credit card repayments, FPS transfers, Person-to-Person (P2P) payment transfer, telecom payment, utilities payment, local or international remittance, top-up for any stored value facilities or WeChat Red Packets) using an Eligible UnionPay Credit Card via WeChat Pay HK during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, all cross-border transactions made via WeChat Pay HK will be automatically settled in Hong Kong Dollars. In case of any dispute in connection with the definition of Eligible Transactions, the decision of WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
  4. The HK$20 Designated Merchants Instant Discount and HK$100 hotels/ tickets Instant Discount is offered in a limited quota and available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. The Shanghai LEGOLAND® Resort Spending Offer may be terminated without prior notice (irrespective of the end date of the Promotion Period as set out in clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program).
