Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card Priority Booking: Prudential Presents "AUT NIHILO" Sun Yanzi in Concert – Hong Kong:
  1. The booking period (the “Booking Period”) of the priority booking of “CCB (Asia) Credit Card Priority Booking: Prudential Presents "AUT NIHILO" Sun Yanzi in Concert – Hong Kong” (the “Show”) listed below:
    First-round booking period: from February 4, 2026 12:00 Noon to 8:00PM
    Second-round booking period: from February 5, 2026 12:00 Noon to February 6, 2026 8:00PM
  2. Unless otherwise specified, priority booking is only applicable to transaction made with Credit Card (the "Eligible Credit Card") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our") listed below, transactions made via any third-party or e-Wallet payment methods (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, etc.) are not applicable to this offer:

  3. During the Booking Period, a customer using an Eligible Credit Card (the “Customer”) can enjoy the priority booking via the HK Ticketing website at https://hkt.hkticketing.com/ (the “HK Ticketing”). Customer must register as HK Ticketing members and complete both mobile number and email verification in order to participate in the priority booking.
  4. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Regardless of price category and show date, each HK Ticketing registered account can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets, and purchase a maximum of 4 tickets for the same price category and show date per booking transaction. When purchasing the tickets, the system will offer the best available seats to Customers. Customers cannot select their own seats during the ticketing process.
  5. HK$120 per ticket will be charged as a Customer Service Fee. The booking can only be confirmed after successfully completing the payment process.
  6. The ticket purchase will be settled in HKD. The total price of ticket(s), Customer Service Fee and Delivery Fee (the “Fees”) (if applicable) will be debited instantly from the Eligible Credit Card. If the Fees cannot be debited successfully, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
  7. All purchased and issued ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded. The total price of ticket(s), Customer Service Fee, Delivery Fee and Administration Fee (if applicable) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  8. Ticket(s) cannot be cancelled, refunded, altered or resold once purchased. If the ticket is lost, defaced or stolen, the Bank, Kwan’s Entertainment International Co. Ltd. (the “Organizer”) and HK Ticketing will not reissue or replace it and will bear no responsibility.
  9. Confirmation email for ticket purchase will be sent to the email address provided by Customer as a reference of successful transaction. HK Ticketing will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by Customers, or due to issues that are out of HK Ticketing's control (such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.).
  10. Customer must collect their purchased tickets according to the selected ticket collection method. If customer choose to collect the tickets via “Dynamic Pickup QR Code” at a “Self-service Ticket Collection Kiosk”, customer may start collecting the tickets from February 24, 2026 by using the dynamic QR code available in the “My Tickets” on the HK Ticketing website. For the location and details of the “Self-service Ticketing Kiosks”, please visit https://hkt.hkticketing.com/. If customer choose to receive tickets by delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged per transaction (Hong Kong: HK$40 / Macau: HK$45 / Mainland China: HK$ 200 / Other overseas regions excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China: HK$ 350 or above). The tickets will be mailed by courier starting from February 24, 2026 to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase (the submitted address cannot be changed). For details and arrangement of delivery, please refer to https://hkt.hkticketing.com/. In the case of mailing tickets to the Customer by post, the Bank, Organizer and HK TICKTING will not be responsible for any lost tickets due to the submission of invalid or inaccurate personal information (such as inaccurate mailing address, etc.) by the Customer. Please contact HK Ticketing Ticket Purchase Hotline at 31 288 288 (daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) or email online@hkticketing.com for enquiries if customer have not received the tickets by March 9, 2026.
  11. Ticket booking is subject to the terms and conditions of HK Ticketing.
  12. The details of the Show will be determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the event program without prior notice, including but not limited to the artist, performance time or performance content, etc. Any such modification will not constitute any reason for ticket refund or conversion. In case of disputes arising between the Organizer and the Customer, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision as its sole discretion.
  13. The Show is not recommended for Customers aged under 3. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Each Ticket admits one person only, and Customers of all ages must present the Ticket (with ticket stub intact) for on-site admission. Staff of Organizer and/or Venue have the right to deny entry for safety reasons.
  14. In case of cancelation or postponement of the Show for any reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to refund tickets or change the performance date.
  15. The Organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
  16. The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for the messages displayed or communicated by any third party during the Event.
  17. By participating in this Promotion, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  18. The Bank will determine the eligibility of each transaction by matching the cardmember transaction records held by the Bank and the relevant data provided. If the information from the cardmember differs from those of the Bank records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.
  19. The Show is organized by the Organizer, while the Booking Service is provided by HK Ticketing. The Bank make no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the Service provided by HK Ticketing, the Show organized by the Organizer, or the information provided by HK Ticketing and/or the Organizer. The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the Service, the Show, or the information provided by HK Ticketing and/or the Organizer. Any enquiry regarding the Priority Booking Service, the Show or any relevant information should be directed to HK Ticketing and/or the Organizer.
  20. The Bank are not the service providers of the Show/Priority Booking Service and/or related services. Any enquiries, opinions, claims, complaints or disputes relating to the Show/Priority Booking Service and/or related services should be directed to the respective service providers. The Bank accept no liability for and shall not be responsible for the quality of products and/or services or any other matters relating to the Organizer and/or HK Ticketing. The Organizer and HK Ticketing are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities.
  21. All images and details are for reference only.
  22. The Bank and/or the Organizer and/or HK Ticketing reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or its terms and conditions
  23. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
