  1.   3. The total maximum cash rebate of offer 1 and offer 2 will be awarded for each customer throughout the entire program is HK$850.

Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card Online Tax Bill Payment Privilege Program (the "Program"):
  1. This Program is only applicable to principal cardmembers ("you") of credit cards (except Business Card) ("Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our").
  2. The promotion period is from November 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Registration must be made during the below registration period at our website: www.asia.ccb.com/hk/taxbill202511/en. If you have more than one Card, registration of one of your Cards will automatically register all of other Cards under your name.
  4. You will be given a registration reference number upon successful registration. Registration and Payment Period ("Registration Period", "Payment Period") is from 10:00 a.m. of November 15, 2025 to 12:00 noon of December 31, 2025.
  5. You must be the first 1,700 Customers who have successfully register during the registration period. The registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. No registration will be accepted outside the registration period. Please note that the relevant time must be in Hong Kong time in accordance with our system and record.
  6. We will process tax payment according to the cut-off time shown on the Mobile Banking app or Online Banking website at the time of submission.
  7. Your Card account must have sufficient credit limit and must be in good standing at the time when you are using the Online Bill Payment Service.
  8. You must provide all necessary information and tax payment details through Online Bill Payment Service, including (a) Shroff Account Number; (b) Tax Payment Amount; and (c) Card account that will be debited for Tax Payment Amount. All relevant information provided will be considered as accurate and no further verification with any parties will be made by the Bank. Upon confirmation through Online Bill Payment Service, the Bank will process the tax payment according to your instruction.
  9. During the Promotion Period, Customers can enjoy cash rebate (“Cash Rebate”) upon settling salaries tax and personal assessments ("Tax Payment") successfully for accumulated transaction(s) of HK$10,000 or above through Online Bill Payment Service by any Cards under this Program. If you settle a number of Tax Demand Notes with various Cards, tax payment amount will be counted cumulatively.

    Customer who settling Tax Payment for accumulated transaction(s) of HK$10,000 or above though Online Bill Payment by any Cards for the first time (no Tax Payment transaction through our Mobile/Online Banking Online Bill Payment Service during January 1 to November 14, 2025) will enjoy a HK$50 cash rebate.
  10. The maximum Cash Rebate of Offer 1 and offer 2 will be awarded for each Customer throughout the entire Program is HK$800 and HK$50 respectively. The total maximum Cash Rebate of this Program will be awarded for each Customer is HK$850.
  11. To enjoy the Cash Rebate, all tax payments (including scheduled payments) shall be made during the Payment Period. Transaction date and time of the Bank's record shall prevail.
  12. All the online tax payment or spending made by supplementary cardmember(s) of the Card(s) during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal cardmember(s) of the Card(s) for the purpose of the Program.
  13. The corresponding transaction(s) for the Online Bill Payment Service shall be shown on the monthly statement. You are responsible to check the tax payment status and whether the tax payment has been made successfully. You should bear all risks related to the tax payment instruction under this Program.
  14. The Cash Rebate will be credited to your Card account with the highest Tax Payment amount maintained in our record on or before March 31, 2026. The Cash Rebate can only be applied against the outstanding in the Card account statement and cannot be converted into cash, and/ or withdrawn as cash advance nor transferable.
  15. All the spending of Tax Payment made by Card account through our Online Bill Payment Service is not eligible for any bonus points under the CCB (Asia) Credit Card Bonus Points Rewards Program.
  16. Our records of your Cash Rebate earned under the Program and all our decisions regarding Cash Rebate shall be final.
  17. Your eligibility for the Program is subject to our checking on your Card account status and your Card account(s) remaining valid and in good standing (as determined at our discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the Cash Rebate is given. Where Cash Rebate has been credited to a Card account and there is a subsequent reversal of any transaction(s) in respect of which the Cash Rebate has been credited, the Bank reserves the rights to debit the Cash Rebate that has been credited into the Card account(s).
  18. We reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  19. When you make a payment via Online Bill Payment Service, you will be considered to authorize the Bank to provide and receive relevant information relevant to this Program to and from Inland Revenue Department or any parties, and keep the information provided for reference and verification purposes.
  20. All the Terms and Conditions of Online Banking Services Agreement and CCB (Asia) Credit Card Cardmember Agreement and CCB (Asia) Credit Card Fee Schedule (“Fee Schedule”) are applicable to this Program. In case of any inconsistency between those and the Terms and Conditions under this Program, the former shall prevail.
  21. The Bank shall not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, costs or expenses (especially the surcharge or penalty imposed by Inland Revenue Department as a result of any delay or void of the tax payment) suffered by the cardmember.
  22. We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any cardmember's participation in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred.
  23. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
