Terms and Conditions for the “TenRen’s Tea X CCB(Asia) Visa Card Buy-one-get-one-free Campaign” (the Program):

The Program is only applicable to cardmembers ("Cardmember(s)" or "you") of Visa credit cards (except Business Card) ("Eligible Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our").
The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers who use an Eligible Card to purchase any medium-sized tea beverage from the menu through the Hong Kong TenRen’s Tea mobile application may enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free offer (“Offer”).
A total quota of 17,500 complimentary tea beverages is available. Eligibility will be determined based on the time at which a transaction is successfully completed. The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Each Cardmember may enjoy the Offer up to 4 times per calendar month during the Promotion Period.
To enjoy the Offer, payment must be completed using an Eligible Card through the Hong Kong TenRen’s Tea mobile application. If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed or deemed invalid, the cardholder’s eligibility for the offer will be forfeited.
The complimentary tea beverage must be identical to the purchased tea beverage, including the item selected and its specifications, such as serving temperature, ice level and sweetness level, and must be redeemed in the same transaction.
The Bank and Hong Kong TenRen’s Tea reserve the right to end the promotion once the offer quota has been fully utilized, without prior notice.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts, promotional offers, employee benefits or membership offers.
The Bank and Hong Kong TenRen’s Tea shall not be liable for any failure to enjoy the offer resulting from system maintenance, network issues, technical malfunctions or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
The products/services are provided by Hong Kong TenRen, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
The Bank and Hong Kong TenRen’s Tea reserve the right to cancel the promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank and Hong Kong TenRen’s Tea shall be final.
In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
