Terms and Conditions for “Chill” Spending Installment Visa Cardmember Early Bird Offer (“Program”):
  1. THE PROGRAM – This Program is only applicable for Visa Credit Cards (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ( the “Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and is applicable to principal cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you”), who successfully applied CCB (Asia) Credit Card “Chill” Spending Installment Program ("Spending Installment Program") and approved by us with applications made within the period from July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  2. ELIGIBILITY – During the Promotion Period, Cardmember who successfully registered, spent, applied the Spending Installment Program via Mobile/Online Banking and fulfilled the below installment amount requirement shall be entitled to the cash rebate (“Rebate”) as listed in the below table:

  3. RESTRICTIONS – The quota of the program is limited to 650. The offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota last. To be eligible to the Rebate, application must be applied via mobile/online Banking, and tenor must be 12 months or above. The Rebate will be awarded based on the earliest spending during the Promotion Period. Should there be more than 1 application on the same day, the application with higher amount will be counted. Each Cardmember can receive the Rebate once during the Promotion Period. Spending Installment Program has to remain valid and in good standing at the time of fulfillment in order to be eligible for the Rebate.
  4. NOTIFICATION OF THE REWARDS – The Rebate will be credited to eligible principal card accounts used to apply for the spending installment application on or before January 31, 2023. The Rebate can only be applied against the outstanding in card account statement and cannot be converted into cash, and/ or withdrawn as cash advance nor transferable.
  5. OUR RECORD PREVAILS – Cardmembers’ eligibility for the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. Our records of your Rewards earned under the Program and all our decisions shall be final and binding upon you.
  6. RIGHT TO VARY, ETC. – We reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  7. FINAL DECISION – We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any Cardmember's participation in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred.
  8. ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS – In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
