Terms and Conditions of &you/&btr Dining Offer (the “Promotion”):
  1. Promotion Period is from January 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) and CCB Long Credit Card (except JCB credit card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and China Construction Bank (the “Bank” and “our” ).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy HK$10 instant discount (the “Offer”) upon making a single net spending of HK$100 or above with Eligible Cards at any &you or &btr outlets of Maxim’s Caterers Limited in Hong Kong (the “Merchant”).
  4. The Offer is limited to a total quota of 10,000 redemptions during the Promotion Period (“Quota”) and is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while the Quota lasts.
  5. To enjoy the Offer, please inform the Merchant’s staff upon ordering.
  6. No prior notice will be provided by the Bank or the Merchant when the Quota has been reached.
  7. The Offer is applicable to dine-in and takeaway food items. The Offer is not applicable to festive products, catering takeaway, any purchase of gift voucher and cash coupon, Octopus top-up or third-party delivery service platforms.
  8. The Offer can only be used when ordering at the cashier and is not applicable for ordering via mobile phone, mobile app or third-party platforms.
  9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, cash, dining vouchers (except for Maxim’s vouchers for yuu and CLP accepted by the Merchant), any other membership benefits or any other promotional offers. Please check the Merchant’s staff for details.
  10. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, other products, services or discounts.
  11. When using the Offer, only the net spending amount after the discount is applicable towards yuu points and Eatizen e-coupons.
  12. All pictures and information of the Offer are for reference only; please contact the Merchant for details.
  13. The products and services are provided by the Merchant, and the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offer under the Promotion shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the Merchant.
  14. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant Merchant and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her payment or other obligations to the Bank.
  15. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to vary the Promotion, the Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Promotion, at the Merchant’s and/or the Bank’s discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  16. The Bank and the Merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes arising from or otherwise relating to the Promotion and/or the Offer.
  17. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
