Terms and Conditions for CCB (Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard and TRAVO Mastercard Designated Theme Park Cash Rebate Programme (the “Programme”)
- The Programme is only applicable to principal and supplementary cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”, “you” or “your”) of CCB (Asia) TRAVO World Mastercard and TRAVO Mastercard (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” or “we”).
- The promotion period of the Programme is from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- Cardmembers of Eligible Cards can enjoy 25% cash rebate (“Reward”) for eligible spending made at below theme parks and destinations (as defined in Clause 4 below). Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy up to HKD150 cash rebate during the Promotion Period.
- Eligible Spending is defined as the transaction effected in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars:
i. Admission ticket and hotel accommodations purchased / reserved via official channels (including online) for China, France, Japan, Singapore and U.S Disneyland / Universal Studios (“Designated Theme Parks”) and ii. Dining and shopping in Designated Theme Parks - Eligible Spending are defined according to the merchant codes/transaction type issued by Mastercard or a merchant’s acquiring bank from time to time.
- The Reward (rounded to the nearest 2 decimal places) will be credited to your Eligible Card within 30 calendar days after completion of Eligible Spending.
- The Bank may debit the relevant Eligible Card for the equivalent value of any cash rebate that you have enjoyed without prior notice if any transaction(s) for which the cash rebate was awarded is subsequently reversed or found out to be ineligible.
- The status of the Eligible Card account must remain valid and in good standing (as determined at the Bank’s discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the cash rebate is given.
- The Bank reserve the right to vary the Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Programme, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
- You have to keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, we may ask you to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for inspection and we may keep them.
- The Bank retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Programme.
- In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
