  1. THE PROGRAMME - The Programme is only applicable to principal cardmembers of CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Cards registered through the designated concierge hotline or website (“Eligible Card”).
  2. REGISTRATION PROGRAMME REQUIREMENT - The Cardmember must register within two months of the Credit Card issuance date or before the end of February of each calendar year by calling UnionPay Prestige 24-Hour Concierge Hotline on +852 2169 0908, or through Website at www.unionpaypremium.com.hk/prestige/rewards. Cardmember should select both Travel Reward and Luxury Reward (“Rewards”) in the website. A registration reference number will be given upon successful registration. Late registration will not be accepted. Hong Kong time will be used in accordance with our system and records.
  3. SPENDING TARGET, REWARDS - The local and overseas retail spending or any cash advance transactions made with the registered UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card must reach the spending target in a calendar year (From January 1 to December 31) in order to enjoy the specified Rewards. The Rewards must be redeemed no later than March 31 of the next calendar year.
  4. EXCLUDED TRANSACTIONS - The excluded transactions include transactions not posted, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-up, installment loans, interest-free installment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded.
  5. REDEMPTION REQUIREMENT - Upon making any Reward redemption, Registered Cardmembers are required to provide their full names and card numbers, contact phone numbers, and evidence of the Eligible Transaction(s). No redemptions, reservations, or bookings shall be processed without evidence of Eligible Transactions. Redemption shall be made through the UnionPay Prestige Concierge Hotline by phone on +852 2169 0908 or by email at prestigehk@unionpayintl.com.
  6. SUPPLEMENTARY CARDS - Spending by supplementary Cardmember(s) of the Card(s) during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by the principal Cardmember(s) for the purpose of the Programme.
  7. ELIGIBILITY - Your eligibility for the Programme is subject to verification of your Card account status to ensure that any Card account registered is valid and in good standing (as determined at discretion of CCB (Asia) and UnionPay International) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the Rewards are given. Where Rewards have been credited to a Card account and there is a subsequent reversal of eligible transactions, CCB (Asia) reserves the right to debit the corresponding Rewards that have been credited to the Card account.
  8. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY - All Rewards are subject to availability and are available on a first come first served basis.
  9. RIGHT TO VARY, ETC. - We reserve the right to vary the Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Programme, at our discretion at any time.
  10. FINAL DECISION - We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Programme, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any Cardholder's participation in the Programme howsoever suffered or incurred.
  11. DISCLAIMER - The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Programme shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  12. DISCLAIMER - The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  13. ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS - In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of the “Free Access to Plaza Premium First Lounge (“Programme”)”:

  1. THE PROGRAMME - This Programme is only applicable to eligible principal cardmembers (“Cardmembers”, “you”) of CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) during the promotion period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) stated in our promotional material.
  2. OFFER - To access the Plaza Premium First Lounge, Cardmembers are required to present their CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card and boarding pass on the day or the following day of travel. Each Cardmember can enjoy up to 3 complimentary access to the Plaza Premium First Lounge Hong Kong during the Promotion Period, and Cardmember can only enjoy complimentary access once per day. Each supplementary Cardmember(s) and/or accompanying guest(s) (2 years old or above) can enjoy 50% discount off on the published rates for the entrance fee. If Cardmember(s) has/have any visit at Plaza Premium First Lounge in excess of the 3 complimentary access during the Promotion Period, he/she will enjoy 50% discount off on the published rates for each access, which must be settled with the UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card directly at the Plaza Premium First Lounge’s reception.
  3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS - Usage of Plaza Premium First Lounge 3-time free access service at Hong Kong International Airport is provided by Plaza Premium Lounge (“Supplier”). Please refer to the website https://www.plazapremiumfirst.com/ for details.
  4. DISCLAIMER - The validity and use of any product or service of the offers shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the Supplier. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  5. FINAL DECISION - We may terminate or withdraw the Programme at any time without notice and have the final decision in all matters and disputes in relation to the offers, and may vary any relevant details and these Terms and Conditions. We shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability in relation to use of the offers howsoever suffered or incurred by any Applicant or other person.

Terms and Conditions of Limousine Transfer Airport Service:

  1. During the promotion period, for every accumulated retail spending of HK$3,000 with CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card (“Eligible Transactions”), Cardmembers can enjoy the Local Airport Limousine Service at a prestige rate of HK$250 per trip once. The Eligible Transactions should be accumulated by two transactions maximum.
  2. Reservation must be made at least 5 working days in advance to Aspire Lifestyles by calling UnionPay Prestige 24-Hour Concierge Hotline +852 2169 0908 or email to prestigehk@unionpayintl.com. Cardmember’s name, credit card number, contact number, and the proof of eligible transactions must be provided at the time of reservation by email. Eligible Transactions should be within 30 days prior to reservation. No reservation shall be processed without the proof.
  3. Eligible Transaction does not include split transaction, prepayment, deposit, cash advance, payment by instalments, purchase of any cash coupon, gift voucher, prepaid, add-value service, insurance, utilities payment, membership payments, any payment service, any unposted/cancelled/refunded/fraudulent/unAuthorised transactions and transactions without original credit card sales slips or printed merchant receipts.


Terms and Conditions for Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offer on Handcrafted Beverages:

  1. Promotion period is from now until December 31, 2020.
  2. CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Cardmembers can enjoy Buy-1-Get-1-Free upon any purchase of tall size or above handcrafted beverages on Saturdays and Sundays only.
  3. Buy-1-Get-1-Free offer excludes promotional drinks, Chillino, liqueur coffee, specialty coffee, bottle drinks, juices and pot of coffee (applicable to both purchased and complimentary beverages).
  4. Cardmembers must state their intention to use the CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card to settle payment in full when ordering and before making payment to enjoy the offer.
  5. The offer is redeemable at all Pacific Coffee locations in Hong Kong except Hung Hom MTR Station, Hang Seng Bank, HSBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch coffeehouses.
  6. The complimentary beverage(s) apply to the lowest value of the ordered beverage(s) in one transaction.

  3. The offer is only valid at Pacific Coffee outlets in Hong Kong (except the outlets at Hung Hom MTR Station, Hang Seng Bank, HSBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch coffeehouse).
  4. The offer is not applicable to delivery services, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discounts/ goods/ service.

Terms and Conditions of “CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card Asia Miles Redemption Programme” (“Programme”):

  1. THE PROGRAMME - This Programme is only available for CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card (“Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“Bank”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and is available only to the principal cardmember of the Cards (“Cardmember(s)”) who have chosen Asia Miles™ as reward scheme. Cardmembers will earn one bonus point (“Bonus Point(s)”) for every HKD1 or RMB1 spent on retail purchases and cash advances, unless otherwise specified by us from time to time. Cardmembers shall have a valid membership of Asia Miles (“Eligible Cardmember(s)” or “you”).
  2. NO CHANGES AFTER APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED - Reward scheme under the Program is irrevocable and may not be changed or withdrawn once submitted to us.
  3. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS - Only spending on retail purchases and cash advances (including by installment arrangements) will be eligible for Bonus Points. There are no Bonus Points for the following payment types, including but not limited to, "Cash Out" Installment Program, "FUN Express" Installment Program, settlement of finance charges, late charges, all account service charges, real estate sales and automobile sales, wholesales transaction, donations to charitable and social service organization, donations to political organizations, court costs, bail, fine, government services, embassy and consulate fees, settlement through online personal banking service for insurance loan repayment, tax payment, payment for MPF contribution or other categories as we may at our sole discretion determine from time to time.
  4. BONUS POINT CAP ON DESIGNATED TRANSACTIONS - The total Bonus Points earned for each calendar year (From 1 January to 31 December) (“Calendar Year”) will be capped at 12 times of the latest approved combined credit limit (not applicable to temporary increase in credit limit) for transaction(s) of online bill payment(s) and payment(s) to insurance companies.
  5. POSTING OF POINTS - Points will be credited when the eligible transaction is posted on the Card account. For interest-free purchase-by-installment transactions, Points will be credited when an installment is posted on the account. Any Points that credited for ineligible transaction may, without prior notice, be reversed.
  6. BONUS POINTS EXPIRY - Under this program, there is no expiry date of the Bonus Points (unless otherwise specified by us from time to time). Any unused Bonus Points balance will be forfeited and cancelled without notice upon termination or cancellation of the Card (for whatever reason).
  7. MILES REDEMPTION - Eligible Cardmembers can redeem 1 Asia Mile™ by 8 bonus points and there is no minimum redemption quantity. Eligible Cardmembers are required to pay a relevant redemption fee as specified in clause 8 below.
  8. REDEMPTION FEE - The redemption fee for each redemption of the first 10,000 miles is HKD100, HKD50 will be charged for every additional 5,000 miles (HKD50 will be charged for less than 5,000 miles). The maximum redemption fee for a single redemption is HKD300.
  9. MILES CREDITING - Upon receipt of application of Asia Miles Redemption (an "Application"), the Bank will forward the relevant information to Asia Miles for processing. Miles will be credited to the relevant Asia Miles account within 4 to 6 weeks.
  10. DEDUCTION / REVERSAL OF BONUS POINTS AND REDEMPTION FEE - The bonus points and redemption fee required for successful Application will be deducted from the relevant HKD Card account upon the receipt of Application. All such transaction details will appear in the subsequent monthly statement of the relevant Card account. In case of unsuccessful application, the deducted bonus points and redemption fee will be returned to your credit card account accordingly.
  11. CONSOLIDATION OF BONUS POINTS - Under this program, the bonus points earned on UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card cannot be combined with the bonus points earned by any other cards. Credit Card cannot be combined with the bonus points earned by any other cards.
  12. INSUFFICIENT BONUS POINTS - Any Application for which insufficient Bonus Points are held will be automatically rejected.
  13. NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION RESULT - Unless otherwise specified, a notification letter will be mailed to the Cardmember's correspondence address within 10 working days from our receipt of an Application, no matter the Application is successful or not or a follow up is needed. A Cardmember shall enquire through our Customer Services Hotline if he / she fails to receive the redemption letters within such period.
  14. DISCLAIMERS - The validity and use of any redeemed miles under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by Asia Miles ("Supplier"), please visit www.asiamiles.com for details. We shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product / service supplier or agent of the Supplier. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning the miles shall be referred to and resolved directly with the Supplier, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her payment or other obligations to us.
  15. FINAL DECISION - We reserve the right to modify, terminate or withdraw the Program at any time and have the final right of decision (at our own discretion) in all matters and disputes in relation to the Program. We may vary any relevant details and these terms and conditions without prior notice. We shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from your participation in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred.
  16. RESTRICTIONS - All terms and conditions of the CCB (Asia) Credit Card Cardmember Agreement and the CCB (Asia) Credit Card Fee Schedule apply. In case of any conflict or inconsistency with these terms and conditions, the CCB (Asia) Credit Card Cardmember Agreement shall prevail.
  17. ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS - Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the above Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.


Terms and Conditions of Dual Currency Cash Rebate Scheme:

  1. THE PROGRAMME - This Program is only available for CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card ("Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our") and is only available to the principal cardmembers of the Cards ("Cardmember(s)", "you" or "your"). Cardmembers will earn 1 point ("Point(s)") for every HKD1 or RMB1 spent on retail purchases or cash advances, unless otherwise specified by us from time to time.
  2. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS - Only spending on retail purchase and cash advances will be eligible for Points. There are no Points for any other payment types such as, including but not limited to, "Cash Out" Installment Program, "FUN Express" Installment Program, settlement of insurance loan repayment, finance charges, late charges, all account service charges, tax payment, real estate sales and automobile sales, wholesales transaction, donations to charitable and social service organization, donations to political organizations, court costs, bail, fine, government services and embassy and consulate fees and such other categories as we may at our sole discretion determine from time to time.

If the currency choice of the Rebate is not indicated or more than one currency is selected, the default currency will be Hong Kong dollars. Rebate currency cannot be changed once selected.
  6. CASH REBATE CALCULATION - Rebate will be calculated base on each Card monthly statement period ("Statement"). Every 200 points in each Statement will be converted into 1 dollar of selected Rebate currency (HKD or RMB). There is no maximum limit of Rebate amount. Any remaining and unconverted Points (below 200 points) in each Statement will be forfeited without prior notice.
  7. POSTING OF CASH REBATE - Rebate will be automatically credited to your specified Card account upon deduction of the Points. Details will be shown in the same period of Statement. The Card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time when Rebate is credited.
  8. FORFEITURE OF POINTS - If the Card is voluntarily / involuntarily closed, all unredeemed Points and Points/Rebate not yet credited to the Card account are immediately forfeited. Any fraud or abuse committed in relation to the Program may result in the forfeiture of any Points and/or Rebates as well as the cancellation of a Cardmembers' Card account.


Terms and Conditions of Pre-Set Lower Credit Limit in RMB Card Account:

  1. THE PROGRAMME - This Programme is only available for CCB (Asia) UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card ("Card(s)") issued by The Mainland of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our") and is only available to the principal cardmembers of the Cards ("Cardmember(s)", "you" or "your").
  2. CREDIT LIMIT ADJUSTMENT - You can adjust (adjust down or restore) your credit limit of RMB card account by calling our CCB (Asia) UnionPay Diamond Prestige Credit Card 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline. New credit limit adjustment will be effective on the same day upon confirmation and remains until next adjustment. The credit limit will be shared by you and your supplementary cardmember(s).
  3. RESTRICTION - RMB card account credit limit can be adjusted down to between minimum RMB1,000 and maximum 80% of combined credit limit, and cannot be less than the total outstanding amount of RMB card account at the time. Credit limit must be adjusted in multiple of RMB500. Credit limit can be adjusted only once a day.
  4. NOTIFICATION - Notification letter regarding the adjustment of credit limit of RMB card account will be issued or you can be checked through our online banking service. The Credit Card monthly statement will show the credit limit of the statement date.
