Customers who have successfully drawn down a mortgage loan of HKD 2,000,000 or above and maintain a daily average combined balance of HKD 500,000 or equivalent are eligible to, apply for an upgrade to Premier Banking Service.

*The Bank reserves the right to cancel or revise the Packaged Banking Service Privileges from time to time. If mortgage loan is terminated, customer is required to maintain the standard Daily Average Combined Balance of Packaged Banking Service as set out by the Bank from time to time.

• If the Customer's Daily Average Combined Balance with the Bank falls below the Required Minimum Amount for 3 consecutive calendar months, the Customer shall pay such maintenance fee as the Bank may determine starting from the fourth calendar month.

Green Mortgage Plan - Build a green future with you together

Extra Cash Rebate (From July 1, 2026 until September 30, 2026 inclusive of both dates)

  • Customer who has successfully applied for a mortgage loan with us for a residential property which is certified as” Platinum” or “Gold” rating by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and drawdown the Green Mortgage on or before December 31, 2026, will be entitled to a one-off cash rebate of HK$1,000.

Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Green Mortgage Promotion:
  1. Customer who has successfully applied for a mortgage loan with China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) for a residential property which is certified as” Platinum” or “Gold” rating by the Hong Kong Green Building Council (“Eligible Green Property”) with the minimum loan amount of HK$500,000. (“Green Mortgage”) during the period from July 1, 2026 until September 30, 2026, and drawdown the Green Mortgage on or before December 31, 2026, will be entitled to a one-off cash rebate of HK$1,000. The cash rebate will be credited to your designated accounts in the Bank in the first month after the loan drawdown.
  2. For each eligible Green Mortgage, the maximum cash rebate amount for all prevailing offers must not exceed 1% of (i) the mortgage loan drawdown amount or (ii) the normal permissible loan to value ceilings of the net purchase price or (iii) the valuation of the property under the Hong Kong Monetary Authority guidelines, whichever is lower. If the sum of cash rebate is greater than 1% of the aforesaid amount, the cash rebate offered under all prevailing offer(s) will be included in the aforesaid amount for the calculation of Loan-to-value ratio (LTV).
  3. In the event that the customer is also entitled to other prevailing promotional offer(s), the Bank reserves the right to provide only one offer at its absolute discretion.
  4. The Bank reserves the right to vary, modify or terminate the offerings of Green Mortgage, and the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
  5. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

Talent Privilege Mortgage Plan – Preferential Mortgage Loan Offer

Extra Cash Rebate (From July 1, 2026 until September 30, 2026, inclusive of both dates)

  • Eligible Customer1 who has successfully applied for a mortgage loan with us and drawdown the Talent Privilege Mortgage on or before 30 September 2026, will be entitled to a one-off cash rebate of up to HK$5,000.

1. Eligible customer means our bank Premier Banking customer who enter Hong Kong through the following schemes: i) “Top Talent Pass Scheme”, (ii) “Quality Migrant Admission Scheme”, or (iii) “Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals”.
