Application Requirements

  • A Hong Kong permanent resident aged 18 or above

  • Minimum annual income of HK$64,000

  • Be employed for at least 6 months at the current job


Document Requirement

  • To apply for our Personal Instalment Loan, please submit the following documents:

  • A copy of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card

  • Proof of income

    • The latest month's salary slip

    • The latest 3 months' payroll account bank statement / account passbook (with the first page showing your name and account number)

    • The latest Salary Tax / Profit Tax Demand Note

    • The latest 1 month's Mandatory Provident Fund statement

  • The current residential proof dated within the last 3 months

  • Any other document (upon request)

7-day Cooling-off Period

  • Borrower who successfully apply and drawdown the loan may apply early repay the loan in full within 7 calendar days of the drawdown date ("7-day Cooling-off Period").

  • Any application for early repayment of the loan within the 7-day Cooling-off Period must be made by Borrower within 7 calendar days of the drawdown date, contact the Bank's hotline 3179 5501 to request early repayment of the loan and visit the Bank's branches in person to settle the Principal Loan amount in full.

  • If the Borrower repay the loan in full within 7-day Cooling-off period, the Bank may waive the handling fee, interest and Prepayment / Early Settlement Fee/ Redemption Fee under the relevant loan.
