The required time for opening an account is within one working day at the soonest from the date customer successfully makes an appointment with the Bank for document signing and the Bank confirms receipt of all required documents submitted by the customer. Working days refer to Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The time required to open an account will vary according to individual circumstances. The Bank has absolute discretion to refuse any online account opening application and reserves the right to amend the eligibility requirements for online account opening at any time without reason. The Bank reserves the right to final approvals. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.

Terms and Conditions for Online Account Opening Promotion ("Promotion"):
A. General Terms and Conditions
- The promotion period is from April 2, 2024 to July 2, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is only applicable to new commercial customers who have successfully opened a Corporate Account within the Promotion Period by applying through the “Online Account Opening Application” (“Services”) of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Customers”).
- Eligible Customers exclude (a) existing commercial customers who are holding any Hong Kong Dollar/ Foreign Currency savings, current, time deposit accounts or any corporate account with any account type with the Bank; and (b) customers who have any corporate account closed with the Bank within 6 months prior to account opening. The Bank reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a customer to this Promotion.
- Eligible Customers are also bound by the terms and conditions for the relevant banking products and services. Please visit the official website of the Bank or contact our staff for details.
- The Bank reserves the right to vary, suspend and terminate the Promotion and to vary or modify any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
B. Rewards for Account Opening (“Rewards ”)
- Each Eligible Customer must complete the "Online Account Opening Application" ("Service") of China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) and shall go to the Bank's Commercial Banking Division in person to complete the account opening document signing and interview procedures before he or she can register and confirm receipt of the Rewards as follows.
Gift 1 piece Vouchers HK$ 400 - Each Eligible Customer will be eligible for the Rewards once only in the Promotion by enters the promotion code 「2024corp」through the Online Account Application and l completed the account opening document signing and interview procedures.
- The Rewards is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other gifts.
- The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product supplier or agent of the Gift/Gift Voucher. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning the Gift/Gift Voucher shall be referred to and resolved directly with the supplier, which shall in no way relieve such customer from his/her obligations to the Bank (if any).
- The quota for the Rewards is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. No prior notice will be given if the quota is full / no longer available.
