If you are holding the following account types, you can register for the Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services immediately. A One-Time Password will be sent to your mobile phone number in our record, please have your mobile phone ready before you begin the registration.

* If you are holding an activated Cross Border Long Card issued by China Construction Bank Corporation in Mainland China, you can also register for our Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services immediately.

If you have the pre-generated Username and Password issued by the Bank, you may use such to perform first-time logon to Online Banking immediately.

For other customers, please contact any of our branches for registration.

Activate Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services

If you submitted your application for Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services to any of our branches and have already received the activation SMS/email, please click "Activate Now" to activate the Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services. A One-Time Password will be sent to your mobile phone number in our record, please have your mobile phone ready before you begin the activation.



Existing Enterprise Customer

If you have submitted application for Online Enterprise Banking Service to your Relationship Manager and have received both the PIN Mailer(s) and Security Device(s), please click “Activate Now” * to activate your Online Enterprise Banking Service. An SMS One-Time Password will be sent to your mobile phone number registered with the Bank, please have your mobile phone ready and data connection has been enabled for receiving SMS.

* “Activate Now” is only applicable to clients with acknowledgement letter dated on April 14 or after, please refer to the date printed on the top left hand corner of the acknowledgement letter.

Only existing customers holding any bank account(s) or credit card account(s) can register for Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services.
