Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card Electronic Appliances Spending Rewards Program ("Program"):

PROMOTION PERIOD – From September 15 to November 14, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
THE PROGRAM - The Program is only applicable to principal cardmembers (“Cardmembers” or “you”) of credit cards (except Business Card) ("Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the "Bank", "we", "us" or "our").Cardmembers must have eligible retail spending transaction ("Eligible Transaction") made by the Card during the Promotion Period.
REGISTRATION –
- Registration must be made during the below registration period at CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App (Login CCB (Asia) Mobile Banking > Tap “Credit Card / Loan” in the bottom bar > Scroll down to “Featured Offers” on Credit Card page and tap to register the Promotion). If you have more than one Card, registration of one of your Cards will automatically register all of other Cards under your name. The Eligible Transaction will be counted by a single transaction in a Card account, and only one Card can be entitled to the rewards. Transactions made by different Card accounts of a Cardmember cannot be combined for the purpose of this Program.
- You will be given a registration reference number upon successful registration. Registration period is from 10:00 a.m. of September 15, 2025 - 11:59 p.m. of November 14, 2025.
- You must be the first 2,200 Cardmembers who have successfully registered during the registration period. The registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. No registration will be accepted outside the registration period. Time shall be of the essence and shall be in Hong Kong time in accordance with our system and record.
SPENDING AMOUNT, REWARDS – During the Promotion Period, you will be awarded HK$500 Cash Rebate upon single Eligible Transaction HK$9,000 with your Card. Each Principal Cardmember can get HK$500 Cash Rebate once within the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBLE TRANSACTION – Retail transactions at Electronic Appliances or Tele-communications merchants made in Hong Kong or online transactions and transactions with original sales slip or official payment record. Transaction made in department stores or merchants of other spending categories are excluded. The Bank identifies Electronic Appliances and Tele-communications merchants by taking reference of the merchant codes issued by VISA International, Mastercard Asia/ Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited or UnionPay International.
EXCLUDED TRANSACTIONS - The following spending will not be qualified as Eligible Transactions: transactions not posted on or before November 22, 2025, fund transfer, balance transfers, installment loans, all interest free installment transactions, payment made by electronic wallet (AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK) transactions/ top-up/ fund transfer, payment for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, autopay transactions, all Octopus reloading (include Octopus reloading via electronic wallet), “Interest-free $martExpress” transactions, RentSmart transactions, interest-free advance cash out program, bill payment, wire transfers, betting and gambling transactions, recurring transactions, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, cash advance, tax payment, fees and charges made or incurred (whether in relation to the Card account(s) or otherwise) and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, such other categories as we may at our sole discretion determine from time to time, or which we otherwise decide are not eligible.
SUPPLEMENTARY CARDS – Spending or spending installment made by supplementary cardmember(s) of the Card(s) during the Promotion Period will be treated as made by principal cardmember(s) of the Card(s) for the purpose of the Program.
NOTIFICATION OF THE REWARDS - The cash rebate will be credited to your Card account with the highest single net spending amount of Eligible Transaction maintained in our record on or before December 31, 2025. Cash Rebate can only be applied against outstanding in Card account statement. Cash Rebate cannot be converted into cash, and / or withdrawn as cash and is not transferable. If the Cash Rebate amount would be drawn by any means as cash or transfer to other accounts, relevant fees and charges will be incurred.
OUR RECORD PREVAILS - Our records of your cash rebate earned under the Program and all our decisions regarding cash rebate shall be final and binding upon you.
ELIGIBILITY - Your eligibility for the Program is subject to our checking on your Card account status and your Card account(s) remaining valid and in good standing (as determined at our discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the cash rebate is given. Where cash rebate has been credited to a Card account and there is a subsequent reversal of any transaction(s) in respect of which the cash rebate has been credited, the Bank reserves the rights to debit the cash rebate that has been credited into the Card account(s).
KEEP SALES SLIPS - You have to keep all original sales slips or official payment records of the eligible transactions. In case of dispute, we may ask you to provide these slips, records, and/or further evidence for inspection and we may keep them.
RIGHT TO VARY, ETC. - We reserve the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
FINAL DECISION - We retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program, and shall not be responsible or liable for any claims or liability resulting from any cardmember's participation in the Program howsoever suffered or incurred.
ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL - In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
