Terms and Conditions of Expedia (the “Merchant”) Worldwide Selected Hotels Booking Promotion (the “Promotion”):
  1. The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” and “our”).
  2. Promotion Period is from January 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026 (both dates inclusive). The Promotion Period is split into two phases, details as below:

    Phase 1 January 1 to 31, 2026
    Phase 2 February 1 to 28, 2026
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers must be a member of Expedia and make a hotel booking via Expedia designated webpage(www.expedia.com.hk/ccba) with Eligible Card(s) and designated promotion code (“Promo Code”) to enjoy below offers (“Offer”):
    1. Offer 1: Enjoy 15% off on worldwide selected hotels booking with Promo Code “CCBAHK15” and is capped at HK$500 per transaction; or/and
    2. Offer 2: Enjoy 12% off on worldwide selected hotels booking with Promo Code “CCBAHK12” and is capped at HK$400 per transaction
  4. Quota apply for each offer respectively. Quotas will be released at 00:00 am on the first day of each phase, and are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while quotas last. For the details and quotas of each phase, please refer to clause 5. If quota of that phase is full, the Offer in that phase will be ended, and the Designated Promo Code will be temporarily invalid until the next phase begins. There will not be any prior notice if the quota of each phase is full. The quotas are calculated based on the computer record of Expedia.

  7. This promotion cannot be redeemed against hotels at www.expedia.com.hk/lp/b/pm-coupon-hotelexclusion. The exclusion list may be amended from time to time without prior notice.

  10. Whether the Offer applies will be reflected in the information shown in the payment page. Should there be any breach of the terms, fraudulent or abusive activities detected, the Bank and Expedia reserve the right to deny the qualification for the Offer, cancel the affected transaction, and/or claim back the applied discount amount from the Cardmember.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, Offer shall not be used together with other benefits, discounts or promotion vouchers at the same time and shall not be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or for other benefits.
  12. In case of refund or return of the purchased items, only the amount actually paid in the currency stated above (excluding any applied discount) will be refunded and the discount enjoyed will not be made available again.
  13. Offer shall be applied pursuant to and subject to the terms of the Bank and Expedia. The Bank and Expedia reserve the right to suspend, cancel or change the Promotion and the terms without advance notice. In case of any dispute about these terms and conditions, the Bank and Expedia shall have the final discretion.
  14. In the event this Promotion is stopped by the government, or must be suspended due to server network attack and/or system failure, or any circumstances beyond the CCB(Asia)’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event. The CCB(Asia) and the relevant merchant cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therefrom.
  15. By participating in this promotion, the Cardmember acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  16. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the the Merchant for details.
  17. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  18. The products/services are provided by the Merchant, the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  19. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  20. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  21. The Bank and the Merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  22. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
